The exterior was lovely especially when it was at night. However, we didn't get to see much of the rest of the interior. The people manning the official ticket booth... More

Its a great place to visit in District 1. Walkable distance from most of the hotels here. I got to see the amazing A O Show here during my visit.

This Opera house is situated in the beautiful part of HCMC, a grand appearance definitely very European architecture and with similar buildings around it. We watched the AO show a superbly choreographed acrobatic show, the music the props very just perfect. A must see presentation if you are in HCMC. The square you may call has such a nice feel... We saw the AO show tonight. What a spectacular and what a surprise! Great athleticism, music, choreography, and lighting. This show is world class and not out of place in any great city in the world - HIGHLY recommended!

I truly enjoyed this beautiful building that stands out in some ways in the context of the city of Saigon where many buildings are shabby or unappealing. You can avoid to visit it in the city there are hundreds of better attractions of this.

We saw the AO show. It was surprisingly hilarious yet acrobatic! It's a small opera house so when you're looking to go to a show, keep in mind it will fill up quick. Don't wait!
