The building was kept very well, too bad it was closed when we visited, but we saw 2 couples doing pre-wedding photo shoots. Interesting to watch them too!

It is worth seeing. For more comments, see our review of the Park Hyatt Saigon hotel. Just be cautious.

I love this place. It is located on city center. So fabulous. This is the place you must to come for visiting and take a photo. At night time is also wonderful, so different moon on day time.

You can only take pictures of the outside but if you book a show at the Opera House and arrive half an hour before it starts you will be able to look around inside as it is generally not opened to tourists unless you're seeing a show.

Lovely relic of the French period with comfortable seats and air conditioning. Good acoustics. Book a balcony seat if you can afford it. We saw the AO show which was good but the theatre is worth a visit to see any show in my opinion.

This building is well preserved, located among other building where I suspected not as old as it. Located among expensive shopping area, which show it class, in a way. I came her to watch AO show, so not really sure if you can come inside the theatre, otherwise you just can see from outside.

This building, located in the heart of Ho chi Minh City, is an beautiful example of French Colonial Architecture and is still in use culturally today. Occasionally one will find an orchestra playing on its front steps entertaining the crowd passing by.

First things first. the AO show is very entertaining and features some very talented acrobats and actors. The effort they put in and the quality of their work is to be commended. What they were let down by in my opinion was the audience and the opera house organisation. The ticketing system is fine. no problems there. But once inside... More

We saw a show called AO Show which should not be missed for its creativity, talent, culture and charm. The Opera House is also lovely and comfortable.
