Access is limited to a few meters inside the entrance. Good to have a look, some lovely stained glass windows, nice building. Something you should take a look at but doesnt take long.

This place is so beautiful, both outside and inside. A must visit place in HCM city. After walking around the cathedral, you can visit the Post office in the left, and then siting in the park in the right of the cathedral and enjoy cafe, lemon tea and other street food, observing the street... very nice.

Maybe I am biased because I am a catholic, but Notre Dame Cathedral is so wonderful to see. The architectural structure is simply amazing. I just stood outside and keep staring at it. Indeed, a solemn place.

A stop worth making on a tour of ho chi Minh city. The building is beautiful and is a fantastic contrast to the rest of district 3 and is a good reminder of the French influence in the city and country.

I rated average because it's WONDERFUL only if you're not galloping through to see the next thing. Renamed Basilica of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in 1962, it sits on Dong Koi. Mon-Sat visiting hours: 8am-10:30am, 3pm-4pm. Sunday Mass (English): 9:30am. (Please double check as may change). Only the entryway portion is open to public during non-mass hours. Exterior... More

Built between 1877 and 1883 it is a brick construction. A nice place to see some French colonial architecture and history and escape the rush hour outside.

The cathedral is a lot smaller than what I had expected and when compared to its namesake in Paris. However, it's well worth a visit if you're in Saigon and pop by to the post office whilst you're there.

Since it is called Notre-dame we expected more. It was not as detailed as it could be, do does not really represents the style. We were not able to get it which was a bit disappointing. It is a nice central piece though.

It's much smaller than it looks in the photos. Didn't go inside but took lots of nice photos outside
