This museum sits just across the Saigon River from the central area of Ho Chi Minh City and you can see it from the sidewalk that runs alongside the river. The thing I liked the most about this museum was the building that it was in. An old French colonial building. Unfortunately I think it has seen better days, as it could do with a renovation/up keep.
