I booked 5 tickets to get to Cai Be Floating Market on 29th December 249,000 VND each. We departed at 7 a.m and come back at 5.30 p.m but most of the time we spent our time on the bus just doing nothing. 1. The floating market: there was actually no floating market but just a small boat in which... More

There are many tour operators with similar names but we went to the right one at De Tham St. We walked (8mins) to their Saigon office to book since we stayed at Phan Lan 2 hotel. There are so many tour offices around Dist 1 but after checking around, Sinh Tourist has the best price. The pick up and drop... More

How much you pay, how many service you deserve. So I cannot complain too much with this tour experience with Sinh Tourist. But personally I will never join their tour again.

I went to Ho Coc - Binh Chau with Sinh Tourist. The trip was horrible. The car was very uncomfortable. My mum and dad got backache. I paid not a cheap price for the tour for my family (4 people) I could't believe I got that kind of service. The company let us go with the driver who couldn't speak... More

A clean and comfortable private bus ride to the delta starting point, then a boat tour through the Mekong Delta. Stops along the way include lunch, seeing rice paper made, seeing honey made, riding in a horse-drawn cart, and more. We recommend buying the hat at the first stop for about $1 US!

We booked two day trips with Sinh Tourist. Cu Chi tunnels were great, good guide. Mekong daytrip to Ben Tre was not that good. Don't visit during weekends, because everything will be in Vietnamese. We were the only non-Asians out of 45 people, and all they did was buy stuff, drink beer, and make selfies and group pictures.

Arrived at the Mui Ne Resort on the 17th September 2015 with a friend, who is a native of Vietnam. We were both not very happy for the following reasons. 1) I stayed in Cabin B10 and upon inspection The Linen was NOT CLEAN and HAD STAINS ON THEM. Reported to the management who where not in a hurry to... More

We went on the Mekong Delta day trip. We chose this tour as it was the cheapest one around when comparing to other tour companies. They were very organised with the ticket process and bus etc. it took less than 2 hours to get the Mekong river, where we were transferred onto a boat for 30 minutes. On the tour... More

I have just finished my "open bus tour" with the real bus company Sinh Open bus- i think i dont need to write right address of all the offices the have around Vietnam to confirm that i was at the real one...-

My experience has been definitely bad...They dont do what the add.

The staff in general are very rude...The first contact person at saigon office didnt want to sell the open bus ticket, only single one...She said to me. "busy season. We dont sell it anymore now" but I asked to her colleague few minutes later next to her and, she sold it to me without any trouble. That was weird to me.

They offer you an sleeper bus with wifi and WC but from Saigon to Hanoi i only found one bus with wifi and WC and... the worst thing is the bus stopped in the middle of the road for doing your necessities in the middle of the "countryside" They dont even stop you in a bar restaurant or petrol station...I couldnt believe it! and that not happened only one time... it was very often.

One time, the staff by mistake took my backpack outside the bus at one stop but it was not my stop and they lied to me keeping telling i left my backpack outside when we did a 30 min stop for taking more passengers. Why i should take my backpack away my bus when my destination was another one? I was so glad when my backpack arrived next day.At least, the office staff arranged it without any problem as it should be.

In Hue, the bus stopped not at the central office of Hue just for taking commission from the motorbikes and taxis drivers. I went with a local to the office and i met the same office attendant who was waiting for our bus outside the city.what could you do when that happen to you? You just feel very upset...I was going to take a day tour with them but after all of these bad experiences i didnt and i am glad about that. Not very truthful people.Of course, not all of them but MOST of them...

And you cant sleep at night time the driver doesnt stop horning driving. So, you arrive to your next destination without any sleep...even being inside an sleeper bus...

Next time, i ll take the as many trains as i can.Cheap, much comfortable and single bus ticket if it is needed...

I took the train to Sapa and it was much nicer quier and cheap and the train allow you at least to use the wc and to enjoy the view at day time having beds at night time.

i just wish that this info will be useful to someone who is thinking about buying this open bus ticket from sinh tourist.

I dont know why is recommended by the lonelyplanet guide, maybe they use to be good but not anymore.
