We went to one of these squares and it was terrible, full of very average fashion and a few souvenirs...don't waste your time here, we found the Ben Thanh markets were much better...more variety and great atmosphere.

This square is great with a nice view of the city hall. They are doing major renovations which makes it difficult to access currently but is worth a visit if you can. The street is large which really makes you think of Paris when you walk on it, you can really feel the French influence.

Visited this place on a sunday , our last day in the city. Would've wanted to spend more time looking around as the clothes were so pretty (children clothes mostly as I am plus sized and there are no big sizes in vietnam!) They had "overruns" or sample sales from zara and other big brands at the best prices I've... More

It's a nice market with plenty to choose from but prices are more than other spots. The quality is higher and you don't get hassled by operators.

We visited here a couple of times on february 2015. Saigon square was more clean than copy markets usually are. We felt that you did not have to do so much barking than in benh than. It felt like the sales-ladies had been bored for the barking so they just give you approximately right price in the first place. But... More

The building in which all of the stalls are located is clean and hassle free. Probably worth a visit if there is nothing better to do! ( I hate shopping!)

The stall owners have all of the top labels from the factories at less than half usual prices 200 mtrs from Ben Tran markets and if hungry many local places to eat near by .usual thing when buying go to... Lots of clothing - not much any Australians would wear. The odd shoe shop. Children's clothing ok if you delve thru it all. Give it a miss!

We found Saigon Square better than Ben Thahn markets for shopping. We were not hassled once and the people there are very friendly. Friendly haggling.
