The Cu Chi experience is definitely a guided experience. In our situation, we had a very knowledgeable guide with excellent English who provided an exhaustive amount of detail which made it a very memorable experience. 18 memorable days in VietNam one appallingly bad tour choice. AsianaTravelMate's private tour to Hoa Binh was a waste of time and money. Inexperienced driver, poor lunch, totally unremarkable destination which their office made out to be a real experience amongst minority tribes. The office computer generated photos bore no resemblance to the actual area visited. Not worth considering. More
