Yes this tour attracts many visitors, however it is a a very interesting and educational tour. This is a fun filled tour that allows you to visit My Tho town where you can observe locals at work producing food products. There was a stop to view honey production at a bee farm ; a wine stop at the Go Din... More

We booked this tour, thinking we were going to get to see the floating market, but by the time we arrived, the market had finished. So I think if you want to,see that market it would be best to do the overnight one. Apart from that the tour was great. We had a good guide who made it interesting.

If you are the type who are into souvenirs and think Vietnam is only straw hats and rice, this is the perfect place. If you are looking for something authentic, it isn't. Everything is very touristy. During the walk to the tea with traditional music you see nothing but shops; no village, nothing. The performers also had to go from... More

We travelled to the Mekong recently on a bus tour from Ho Chi Minh City. It was great to see it, and to get out of HCMC to experience the wider countryside but we did feel that we were a part of a mass production exercise that was focussed on moving tourists through venues according to a schedule. Our guide... More

I had the fortune of meeting a very funny yet caring and considerate tour guide who goes by the moniker, Typhoon Honey, whose real name is Dang Quang Phung. You will recognize him upon seeing a man in the distance with a great smile. As he approached us, I was helping an elderly lady get up, stand, and walk a... More

After a 3 hour drive of not particular a nice drive we reached the Mekong. There was several boat rides one on a main transport boat then you transfer to a row boat which was nice. There is a very enjoyable tea drinking session first with delicious honey and tea snacks. Then there is another transfer by boat to the... More

It was fun to do this tour. You get an ok bus from Saigon, a cruise on the Mekong, a tour of a remote village, a donkey ride, a nice lunch, a small boat ride down a stream, and a nice afternoon lunch served by pretty Vietnamese girls.
