Since we didn't have much times to spend one night in Mekong Delta, we booked a day trip to from Saigon to Cai Be Floating Market - Vinh Long. We were reading reviews that day trips have not much to offer, the floating market is small and closed etc so we decided to book a cheap tour with minimum expectations.... More

Mekong River day tour was great. My Travel guide Typjoon Honey was very friendly and made the tour seems as if i was traveling with someone that i knew rather than a tour gude. He was very informative and made everything exciting. Overall it was a fun day despite the rain, thanks to Typhoon.

Spend a wonderful day exploring the many tributaries of the Mekong - many tours to choose from but we chose the day tour. Photographically brilliant!

My friends and I hired a private Mekong Delta tour through Four Seasons Travel. It cost us $40 a person or $160 total. We were four. It was the exact same tour as the group tour. They loaded us up in an old bus. Our guide did not speak English well enough to be a tour guide. (I don't even... More

Take this tour only if you want to tick Mekong Delta off your bucket list. Most of the stops are not worth it and seem to be tourist traps (bee farm, singing ladies, plain lunch, coconut candy). The only worthwhile part was the paddle boat trip. But the boat paddlers rushed through this like there was no tomorrow - you... More

We booked a Mekong Delta 1 Day Tour with Four Season Travel in Ho Chi Minh City as we had had a bearable tour of Cu Chi with them a few days before. Firstly the bus was around 45 minutes late in the morning and even though we were told that we would be collected from our hotel we had... More

$10 goes a long way on this day long Mekong.Delta excursion, 9am-5pm. 4hrs of buses, ferry rides across the mekong, jungle canal canoe ride (a fun fast ride)., sesame tea tasting, free lunch, jungle honey candy factory & tasting. My wife got to pick up a live beehive panel. The tourist souvenir stands were cheaper than in town. Got to... More

It's a new experience cruising along the river canal with a canoe. I visited the Unicorn Island, which is popular for it's honey. The drink - i forgot the name - consists of hot vietnamese tea, honey and sesame, and kam quat, is really refreshing. It is served with dried banana and peanuts, both are really good. All of sort...
