Visit the historical Cu Chi tunnels, the laidback backwaters of the lush Mekong Delta and the UNESCO-listed Can Gio Biosphere Reserve. We offer authentic experiences in areas that can only be accessed via the region's scenic waterways. Cruise between verdant rice paddies and mirror-like pools along the tributaries and canals of the river of nine dragons - the Mekong Delta. Step back into Vietnam's not-too-distant past at the Cu Chi Tunnels to experience wartime life. Cruise mangrove forests off Vietnam's southern coastline and learn about the diverse flora and fauna of captivating Can Gio. Fall into the local rhythm and take time to enjoy the here and now. Connect with Vietnam's landscapes, warm people and perhaps, even yourself. « less

Using speed boats is a fast way to get to out-of-town sites as well as getting away from the heat of the city. Les Rives is on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Small groups. Used them twice. First tour we were only 3 people. Next one we were 10. Free cool drinks & fruit on... More

Travelling to Cu Chi via the river option was an excellent decision. It took us about 1.5 hours via speedboat, with a pit stop for lunch before walking to Cu Chi grounds. There were about 12 of us in our group, which was comfortable in size. Lunch at the local restaurant was delicious with a variety of about 5 dishes... More

We went by Les Rives speedboat and had a great day visiting villages, family homes, markets, an orphanage, and a temple. It was great to see the stilt houses of the poor along the canals in the Mekong. Great english speaking guides, great boat, highly recommended!

Very good trip. I highly recommend using these guys. The guide was really interesting and had personal experience with the tunnels at the time so it was very sincere and personal. Amazing stories. Everything was well structured and planned so we would miss all the crowds etc. use these guys for sure.

Up river by speedboat to and from the Cu Chi tunnels (great experience in themselves) - but what a way to travel the Saigon River. Complete comfort and safety, with a spacious boat area, padded seating, shaded, with drop down blinds if the weather gets inclement, and of course, life jackets all round. Lots to look at en route, with... More

We did the Cu Chi tunnel tour, booked one day earlier at the Les Rives Kiosk near the Pier. It might look like a lot of money at first, but restrict themselves to fairly small groups and offer hotel pickup, drinks and fruits as much as you want, a good (English-speaking) guide with lots of detailed knowledge and a proper... We enjoyed an unforgettable day trip to the Can Gio Mangrove Forrest with Les Rives. Any preconceived apprehensions normally plaguing a family with young children were dispelled as soon as we stepped on board. Our 3 and 5 year old were hooked from the word go. For them the handing out of life jackets spelled extreme adventure. The boat was... More

From the moment we arrived at the pier we felt welcomed by the Les Rives team. The boat was superb, extremely comfortable, modern and with plenty of shade to keep cool in the heat. The tour guide was really friendly and made everyone feel at ease - even the moody toddler (ours)! We were given some amazing insights into the... More

There are many ways to see the tunnels, but I didn't want to be stuck on a bus for hours to get there. The Saigon River Express offers travel by boat and I have to say, I was really impressed. It was quite thrilling, picturesque and a relaxing trip away from the hustle and bustle from the city centre. The... More
