I enjoyed the whole concept of dedicating a musuem to the role of women in Vietnam very exciting. I enjoyed the displays which were instructive and was surprised to see how much space was give to explaining ethnic minority cultures in the context of women in work, marriage and family. To see the personalized stories of the women who fought the French and later battled for their freedom against the U.S. was fascinating. It put everything into perspective about how the conditions affected real people and what they went through for self-determination. Very inspiring! More
