With over a decade of hosting international guests on the tranquil waters of Halong Bay, Indochina Sails has set the standard for luxury cruising. The first company to offer overnight cruises on the bay, Indochina Sails is now widely known as the number one choice for discerning travelers, operating a fleet of six newly built wooden junks designed in time-honored traditional style, with contemporary and luxurious cabins and facilities. Our boats feature spacious, well-appointed cabins and suites with large en-suite bathrooms, large sundecks with comfortable lounging furniture and elegant dining rooms and bars. We have designed and fitted our boats to international standards while maintaining traditional styling, creating the perfect balance of modern comforts and nostalgic ambiance. « less

My partner and I recently enjoyed a 2 day, 1 night stay on an Indochina Sails junk and we enjoyed every minute. The boat itself and cabins were beautiful and lacked nothing in the way of comfort. (I would have been happy to visit the incredible Ha Long Bay on a floating bunk bed! So the truly elegant cabins, soft... More

I took the trip during the month of June , the weather was excellent, sunshine and beautiful scenery of the bay , we spent two day one night at the Indochina Sails 3. The Cabins are clean and spacious with nice interior, and the top of the sails is also nice , the food is excellent. The staff were extremely... More

This was just a dream come true! We spent 3 days/2 nights on the Indochina Sails 3. The cabin was large and clean with nice interior, and it felt very luxurious. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Good food, nice excursions and beautiful scenery! I can not find a bad word to say about this trip, and I would... More

Sailing along the countless dwarfing limestone karsts of Halong Bay was like nothing we have experienced before and it was made all the more special by the cruise company we journeyed with. Indochina Sails took us on a three day/two night tour to most of what there was to see around the World Heritage site, it was just a shame... More

Majestic views and an overall fantastic trip! Cabins are clean and spacious and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Well run and food fit for a king! Enjoy 5 course meals by the large windows looking out at the bay, wake up to tai chi and stunning sunrises and watch the day end with... More

What an experience! We loved every minute of the cruise, our only regret is only booking the one night cruise we wish we had gone for two nights. We felt welcome from the minute we where greeted at the hotel all the way to the transfer back to the hotel. Everyone was fantastic and would take time out to talk... More

We had an amazing trip to Halong Bay and Hanoi. Indochina Sails (Ho Lan from the Hanoi Sales office) helped us plan our trip to Halong Bay and Hanoi from helping us get our visa on arrival (authorization letter) and also our 1 night/2 day boat cruise to Halong Bay. Ho Lan provided excellent customer service, was very quick to... More

We booked a 2 day 1 night tour and cannot speak highly enough of Indochina Sails. The cabins were better than many 4 star hotels, the food was fantastic, the staff were great. The experience of halong bay was fantastic and made even more enjoyable given the luxury of the boat.

We did the 2 day 1 night cruise, it was a great way to see Ha Long Bay. The food was one of the highlights along with visiting the floating fishing village and climbing to the top of the mountain to see the view followed by a very relaxing swim.
