Spent 2days-one night in Mai Chau in sept 2014. The ride from Hanoi took about 3 hours and took us throw beautiful mountains/ had to take a gravol at some points as the ride was a bit rough. Really relaxing week-end: had a bike tour the first day (do not expect much for the actual bike: most are too small,... More

I did a day tour to Mai Chau and I have to say that I am mesmerized by the beauty of Mai Chau Village. Before we arrive the village, we have a stop at the hill top to take aerial view of the village. It was stunning! We had lunch at the village upon arrival and after that our guide... More

We did a day trek with them recently and it was a really good experience. Mai Chau valley is truly stunning, with lots of greenery and paddy fields. We crossed many villages on this trek and our guide helped us talk to a lot of th villagers, that was cute. At the end of the day, we reached this cute... More

We had a great time with these guys, they picked us up on time and after a 3 hour drive we reached Mai Chau. The trek by itself was peaceful, not like a hardocre mountaineering trek. We crossed lots of lovely villages, our guide introduced us to lots of locals and helped us interact with them. Lunch was at Mai... More

Mai Chau is not so much a trek as it is a long hike through some very beautiful terrains in Veitnam. We crossed a very cute village on this trek and dined with the locals. Our guide made sure communication was not a problem. We were back by evening, having spent a really fun day out with nature. Would recommend!

Booked ourselves for a day trek after recommendation from some friends. This is a really peaceful trek, I would call it a hike honestly. We crossed some beautiful rolling hills and paddy plantations. Lots of villagers to meet. We stopped mid-way near Mai Chau village and had a meal at one of the local's houses. Really nice experience. Got some... More

The one day trip I made to Mai Chau was very interesting. It is about three hours away from Hanoi by motor car. It is a valley . It is a beautiful place . No doubt about that. An overnight trip would have been more interesting. The bicycle ride around the village was fantastic. The lunch provided was Vietnamese and... More

The Mai Chau day trek is a great way to disconnect with urban life and spend a day in the lap of nature. Our trek guide picked us up on time from our hotel and our trek route crossed through some gorgeous terrain. Our guide introduced us to locals and knew a lot about the area. We ate home-cooked meals... More

The Mai Chau trek was recommended to us by a few friends who had been earlier and we booked through the same company. This 1 day trip was one of the highlights of our Hanoi trip. They picked us up at 8 am as promised and within 3 hours we were in idyllic Mai Chau. After a short trek we... More
