We walked in the SF SPA on our way back to the hotel and were warmly welcomed and asked to wait for a moment with a cup of tea. Then unfortunately, there was no vacancy to have a massage. They offered and called a taxi for us to take us to their other SPA location, where two ladies were waiting... More

We took the traditional Vietnamese massage (1hr) which is not bad. They use pressure points to massage and relax your body rather then many which just rubs your back and shoulders. Not the cheapest massage in Hanoi but still worth the money. Overall I would go back again when I have the chance.

There are two sf spas and they are great however one of them is having renos done upstairs and it's hard to relax through drill surges and hammering.

After three weeks in this gorgeous country full of wonderful people I decided to splash out and have a massage, body scrub and bikini wax. By western standards it was cheap but by Vietnamese this place was expensive but I thought worth the expensive. The location by the lake was great, the place was clean and the actual treatments were... More

I experienced a Travel spa packages at SF spa on Cua Dong road today. This package consists of a steam bath/jacuzzi/sauna session, Vietnamese Massage, Mud Wrap, Mandi Susu (milk and rose bath), Mini Facial, Foot massage with Warm Stones. If I were to do it again, I would do things differently. First off, I shouldn't have selected the steam bath,... More

Massages were very nice. The spa itself looks good (but could be cleaner). The real problem that led me to write an average review was the electril drill shots from the building next door. I know it's not the spa's fault, but when your business is selling relaxation, if your neighboor decides to fix his house/building a few days, you... More

My opinion on this place is based in a comparison to all similar places we visited during our three week journey in Vietnam. I can't imagine a better way to escape for a while from crowds, noise, humidity, heat... all the things you experience in Hanoi, than having a massage in this clean & professional spa. All sorts of treatments... More

This is not a cheap spa, but does seem to be of good value for the luxury service you receive. We went twice during our brief stay in Hanoi (to the Hanoi Corner location) and were very impressed by the beautiful and relaxing facilities and excellent massages we received. On our first visit we did a couples herbal steam bath... More

My friend and I stopped in without an appointment and they were very accommodating. We each had a Vietnamese Traditional Massage, a Dead Sea Salt Scrub, and facial. Quite a good massage and very relaxing after a half marathon and trek in Sapa. Not the best massage or scrub of my life, but it did the trick and we both... More

The overall experience at SF Spa was relaxing and positive. I went for the following services offered by SF Spa at the Cau Go branch: 1) Vietnamese Traditional massage 2) Dead Sea Salt Scrub 3) Collagen Facial. It wasn't the best massage I have ever experienced but it was quite good. My aching muscles from a previous sapa trek did feel... More
