Wide Eyed Tours organised a day tour around HCMC, including visiting the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, Ben Thanh markets, Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office, War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace and the Jade Pagoda . The tour was extremely well organised with an amazing tour operator who was extremely knowledgeable and fluent in English. They also organised an evening out to... More

From initial contact back in mid 2014 until the end of our holiday (which was unfortunately cut short), Thuan and the team at Wide Eyed Tours have been absolutely fantastic! Our itinerary was planned exactly as per our requests. At every stop we had excellent local guides who were all extremely friendly, funny, knowledgeable and spoke good English. Sapa was... More

Booking with this company was very hard, as they do not accept credit cards. The driver that picked us up from our hotel was very crabby. On the way back from Halong Bay we needed him to take us to the airport which was closer than our hotel, but they charged us an extra thirty dollars as a change fee.... More

Thank you for your honest review. It was unfortunate that the payment method of direct bank transfer was unsuccessful for you and we understand your frustration. We will have our Visa payment method operational within a week, it has been a long process to set up. The private transfer for a 16 seater bus to the airport is correct at... More

Ms Chi and the team at Wide Eyed looked after my wife and I tremendously well during our recent trip to Vietnam. Highlight was the bike tour around HoiAn. All the guided were helpful and informative. Would have no problem recommending them to help organise your trip,

My spouse and I booked this overnight tour of Halong bay, and it started off very well. The company picked us up directly from our hotel in Hanoi at about 7:30AM and we traveled with roughly 15 other people from various countries to the bay. We stayed overnight and were taken back to Hanoi around lunchtime the following day. The... More

We enjoyed a wonderful tour from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back, lead by the brilliant The Van Do. As a guide, The, was fantastic. He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and organised. I walked away having learned all about Hanoi, Halong Bay, where to go and what to eat and heard some great stories about the history of Vietnam. As... More

Just returned from a wonderful tour around Vietnam with Wide Eyed Tours. The itinerary was great, very varied, impossible to pick the best bits as all so good. Guides were excellent, all charming. Organisation worked like clockwork. Hotels booked were all first class. Many thanks to Thuan and the rest of her team. Roger S.

I first used Wide Eyed Tours in November 2013 for a four day trip to Hanoi, including Halong Bay. I soon realised that four days was nowhere near long enough so I booked a 12 day private tour of Vietnam and Cambodia in January this year. I had no hesitation in contacting Nga again to put together a suitable itinerary... More
