Booked through House of Travel in NZ with a custom itenerary. The staff were very helpful throughout our trip-and the emergency contact number was fantastic for sorting out minor problems. Especially enjoyed the motorcycle tour of Hue.

Our tour was a great experience from Hanoi all the way down to Saigon, our tour guides were very good and all had a wealth of knowledge of there country ,If I was to go to Vietnam again I would use wideeyedtours tours because of there professionalism and there approach to there clients .

we spent a 10 days vacation in Vietnam, visiting Ho Ian, Hue and Hanoi, asking Wide Eyed Tours to organise transfers, flights and hotel reservations.
Everything worked perfectly, the hotels were all of our liking (2 of them really fabulous), the transfers were always in perfect timing and all the transfers were confirmed by telephone the previous day.
So... perfect!!

The staff (western and local) at wide eyed tours was excellent and provided everything we needed. The tour itself was well organised and full of local flavour. We had enough buses attending to us that help was always nearby and people could ride in the bus or on the bicycle at there leisure. The riding was not overdone and left...

My second trip with Wide Eye Tours. Did the motorcycle trip to Northern Vietnam in 2011 and came away gobsmacked so I booked another tour 2012.
