Halong Bay is a must see if you're in Hanoi. The scenery is wonderful. The boat Emotion is well outfitted and the rooms spacious with modern bathrooms. Meals were good but no drinks at all included except at breakfast. Friendly staff. The garbage floating in the bay is disconcerting however and this is a world heritage site!!!! More
