Easy and great way to overlook DaLat

Costs 50,000VND to do the cable car, great way to see DaLat and surrounding hills. Great way to travel to the temple which is free to walk around.

basic pagoda but the cable car definitely made up for it. it takes about 15 minutes and cost 70,000d. the guy overseeing the cable cars might try and make you get into a car with strangers (one car accommodates 4 riders)but if you ask (assertively) he will let you take a private car.

Zen temple; Can be crowded, but avoid holidays & first & 15th days of lunar calendar to avoid that. Great photo op's & setting for photos, too. Good views from hilltop setting.

Great way to see Dalat. Ride takes approximately 15 mins and a return ticket is around 3.5usd. Worth a few spare hours, with a place for a drink at the city end.

In the afternoon it opens 1330-1700hrs. It is a short taxi ride away, about 60000VND. The cost for the cable car was 50000VND for one way and 70000VND for return. The cable car overlooks the lovely countryside it takes about 15 minutes. At the other side you can walk towards the temple, this is a working temple and it is... More

The cable car is an enjoyable way to see Dalat . We did the return trip and didn't go to the pagoda because it was raining heavily. We still got spectacular views of the lake and the mountains. We walked from our downtown location. Took an hour. We took a cab back.

You should try the cable cabin back from the pagoda to Dalat. The greenful view filled with trees and hills, you can see the overview of Dalat from above. About 10a.m is the best time to try the cable because the weather is not too cold neither too hot

The views are sensational. You can see most of the city and a bit of the more 'rural' parts as well. The cable car is great fun and again, gives you amazing views. We got a one way trip as our bus dropped us off then picked us up from the other end. 50,000D for one way and I believe... More

This is well worth a visit. The cable car that takes you there is a great, long ride. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The lake is gorgeous and the local eateries around the lake are lovely in particular Vuon Thuong (not sure about spelling). It's a nice family run place.
