Datanla waterfall

It's a small but really nice waterfall located at a deep valley with beautiful jungle. Another easy way to reach waterfall is roller coaster which is so much fun

Touristy place, you pay for every step you make. We walked down to the waterfall, spent some time there, and then took a cable “car” to go up. We spent 40 min maximum there. Kitschy sculptures, lots of tourists… not a place to merge with the nature, at least for us.

The waterfall is not big but a lot of water passes through. The nature there is beautiful, but there are many tourists and a rollercoaster ride and other stuff has been built so don't expect it to be serene. We went with a private guide so we didn't fall in the tourist traps.

As someone else has said, there were lots of stairs and some of the terrain was rather rough, but it was well worth the effort. We started at the top, level 1, which was great in itself. But we were lucky to have a local guy with us who took us down to levels 2 and 3 as well. At... More

To be fair I think I have exaggerated in my mind how many stairs there were. To get down it is ALL downhill. We had to walk quite slowly as I became paranoid of falling! (Probably a very unlikely occurrence). The walk up was hard on my legs so I just went at my own pace and stopped whenever I... More

Still make sure you look far ahaed while you are in the bob because old asian people really like to stop in the round and taking photos of the flowers which... More

We caught the number 1 bus from near Dalat Market (at Khi Hoa Binh street there is a bus terminal where the bus route starts and finishes). It is a green coloured bus and has "preen" written as one of the words on the side. We wrote down the name of the place we were going for the bus conductor-... More
