While the falls themselves are nice, the surrounding area is quite touristy, unfortunately. There's a "bobsled" type roller coaster that you can take to the bottom (not sure if it's safe). Elephant Falls are further away but much nicer. More

I stopped at Datanla Falls on a Easy Rider bike tour. The falls are not very impressive, and personally I don't like that the nature around had been transformed in an amusement park. If you travel with children, there is a roller coaster that goes down to the waterfall and back up. It might do it for the kids. More

The falls are pretty good. The bizarre sled ride made for a lot of fun, but make sure you don't get stuck behind a couple too scared to make any speed. They've got some weird archery games as well, but they're not really worth bothering with. More

We didn't know we were going here, but our chauffeur dropped us at the entrance and we were pleasantly surprised. Not crowded with Western tourists, but many locals. More

Nice little waterfall, worth a quick stop if you're going around the city. I found others, like the Elephant Waterfall, more interesting, but this was a nice spot to stop. More

We arrived in Dalat not expecting much other than it would be a little cooler than the coast. We had heard that the attractions were at best average compared to other places in Vietnam and when we arrived we also discovered that organised day trips were a lot more expensive than anywhere else we had been to in the country.... If you go here the weekdays, less people is better; then you don't have to wait in line or avoiding people on the road. You can we the sled with cost 2 dollars each way. Buy ticket to use the tram go down the second level of fall which very nice to see. More
