A holiday of a lifetime - up their with going on a safari in Kenya. We did this tour with a group of friends and had so much fun, due in large because of the wonderful staff on board the RV Mekong Pandaw. The Ship Purser was a delightful young man full of enthusiasm for his country and it's people,... More

Did the trip with travel marvel on board the rv La Marguerite, the whole trip was exceptionally well organised from the moment we stepped aboard. The excursions took about two hours at a time which was just enough in the extreme heat and humidity in Cambodia and Vietnam at this time of the year, the local guides were very informative... More

The Vietnamese people depend on water for their lives. Without the rice fields and fishing, they would slowly starve to death. It is most interesting to see the many types of boats, the floating houses, the communities built on the waters and the floating markets. This is a totally different means of survival . It is fun to take a... More

We came from Ho Chi Min City by car and went by boat to the floating market and later on saipan rowing in the narrow canals. We visited a brick factory and a pop rice factory, before we went boating to Vinh Long were we picked up by car and taken to Can Tho for the night. All in all... More

We were fortunate to spend some time on the Mekong; first in a speedboat from our hotel in Phnom Penh to our hotel in Chau Doc; then on a cruise. You really get a feel for these countries from the water. The speedboat trip was exceptional.

We were on a Travelmarvel tour commencing at Siem Reap, and accommodated at Shinta Mani Resort upon arrival - TA reviews rate this constantly in top 2 (number 1 as I post this) - before taking the cruise. Travelmarvel's program runs smoothly from go to whoa, with great guides, perfectly paced excursions, very comfortable buses and safe riverboats for Mekong... More

From that moment we were to be treated to First class meals First Class service and First Class accommodation for the next 7 nights. Included in this trip up the Mekong were shore visits to villages, Temples and Schools the itinerary was endless and professionally... More

Have just returned from a wonderful 11 night Mekong River cruise aboard the Cruiseco Adventurer. After being met at Saigon airport we were transferred to our lovely hotel, the Caravelle very central to all Saigon has to offer. Next day was spent exploring the sights of this great city with a local guide, lunch included, then a free night to... More

This was our first visit to Asia, and almost our first non- independent holiday. To say we were more than impressed would be an understatement. Everything that Cruiseco was responsible for was absolutely brilliant, and also represented very good value for money. We began our tour, having flown with Singapore Airlines, (ticket price included - pick your own flight times),... More
