After 7 holes the heavens opened and the course was unplayable. We were in two four ball groups and the caddies explained that as we had not yet played nine we could carry on until the ninth and then go back and get half our green fees back which is only fair as it's not the cheapest place to play... Play both canyon and lake course , beautiful set up , good lay out , caddie can't speak too much English but experience ! The spa and sauna at the locker room is great ! The club house view and staffs are friendly ! Will come back for sure !

Just back from honeymoon where i was 'released' for a day to do my own thing! I had always wanted to play here after watching Tiger play. The director of golf 'Oliver' looked after me well, showing me around and sorting out a caddy before i was paired up with a few members. The course really is first class. fantastic... More

We have been in Phuket this trip for 8 days and have played Phuket Country Club, Red Mountain (twice) and Loch Palm, and now the Blue Canyon Lakes Course. I have seen some negative reviews on the Blue Canyon facility, but think people are getting carried away with their expectations of the condition of the courses. Admittedly, the condition of... More

We played the Lakes course last week and it was one of three courses my wife and I played at during our visit to Phuket. It was not at the same level of Loc Palm and certainly no match for Red Mountain but nevertheless it is a nice course. It could use a little attention to detail such as spending... More

My wife and I checked in here for a week in Nov to "learn to play golf". We were basically looking for a place where someone could put together a week long training program for near beginners and we were not disappointed. The training pro was quite good and the golf manager was helpful and flexible. The rooms were good... More

We went for breakfast and it was ok. I ordered the eggs benedict and it had no hollandaise with it. When I asked I could tell it was not understood and it never came. The mother in law wanted yhe same with salmon and only the eggs came. This was resolved and she really enjoyed it. The buffet breakfast had... More

Enjoyed a pleasant round here. The course is nice but after playing Red Mountain a few days earlier it just seemed a bit plain. The course condition was good with true fast greens, bunkers average at best but when it rains as much as it can here you can see why. Overall i enjoyed my round here but would always... More

I played Blue Canyon the first time 10 years ago. This time we played both courses. Unfortunatelly I have to say Blue Canyon lost a lot of its qualitiy. Courses were badly maintained and bunkers dirty. Right now is far away from its past reputation. Even staff at restaurant was somehow demotivated and unfriendly. Overall it was a big disappointment.... More

We had a great day but was expecting a course of much higher quality. It wasn't as well groomed or as attractive as I had anticipated. It looks like someone needs to spend some money and get it up to the standard you would expect from a golf course with its reputation. Not cheap. Great caddies. Although bathrooms were dated... More
