Leam Sing is a beautiful beach. The water is clean, you are surrounded by trees and palms and you can enjoy a stunning sunset from the bar, sipping a fruity cocktail. On this beach you can get everything you need, lunch, massages, fruits, drinks, music and showers. All of this at reasonable prices. This is not the classic cafe del... More

We went there after reading good reviews here. But it seems that people are different. We did not find it very cool to be in a small beach where all edges are covered with garbage. Good thing is beach massage and fresh water showers but would not go there any more. Everybody tells here about waves in this beach -... More

Having been to many of the southern beaches of Phuket, my friends and I stumbled upon this gem on our last day in Phuket. The weather and water were clear, the waves were massive, and there were relatively few visitors. We spent a total of 4 hours here. The current and waves are stronger here than most of the other... Having spent 2x6 month long vacation on the island, I never visited Patong beach for a swim, much rather I rode my bike looking for quiet, secluded places. Laem Singh was one of them and the first beach I visited upon a friend's recommendation. A beautiful place, when not full of tourists, which in high season is possible only early... More

The precarious stairs no doubt turn a lot of people off, but their are a lot of positives for those who make the effort. You get a beautiful, small and quiet beach. The water is nice and clear with small sets of waves breaking which add to the fun. There are also plenty of deck chairs in nice shady areas.... More

Lame Sing is a good spot for people who don't like things too crowded, even in the low season. The waves cam get big here so be careful venturing out onto the rocks as well. There has been at least 1 confirmed fatality here earlier in the year.

Having sampled a few of the beaches already in Phuket, and wanting to steer clear of the more commercial and touristy Patong, we discovered Laem Singh by driving past on the beach road and seeing the sign. It's a tough one with beaches because to a certain extent you do need a bit more of a developed environment if you've... More

This beach is an amazing hidden treasure. The stairs however are killer and even worse on the way back up. I wouldn't suggest for people that are elderly or unfit. Once you reach the bottom of the stairs it is well worth it. A gorgeous beach with deck chairs which you need to pay for. A handful of little restaurants... More

This beautiful beach is just around the corner from the Novotel Hotel in Kamala Beach. We had stopped at the look-out point before and spotted this small, beautiful half-moon crescent from above. We were wondering how to access this secluded beach. I guess you have a choice: hire a longboat from Kamala beach and get to Laem Sing by boat.... More
