Nestled on a promontory between larger beaches, you access the beach from a long concrete stair down the cliff-side. The beach is smallish, with primitive bathrooms and a few small restaurants and beach-umbrella renters. It's worth the cash to rent an umbrella & small mattress for the beach, as there is little other shade. The mood of the beach is... More

This tropical dream beach is a smaller beach compared to others in Phuket. No hotels are built here so its more like original Phuket, not "developed". The sand is soft and water clear and bluegreen. The beach is sourrended by jungel and palms.

It would be even better in the dry season! The surf was pumping and I wish I had my board, a few little pokey massage and drink places there and the steps are only just manageable for little kids, but it's a great little spot to escape the circus of patong if you have a scooter.

Very nice remote beach but for the last 10 years its been well known so it gets crowded after 2 in the afternoon...worst of all is the french youngsters that they make a nice quiet beach their private very loud playground..as a beach is amazing though

It is a beautiful beach, a little hard to park but once you make it is worth it. It is peaceful and there are a couple areas where you can buy drinks and food, there are restroom (not the best ones), the water is mostly cal, but if you have problems with your knees our you can not walk a... More

A little gem in the over developed Phuket...yes it is a clim but well worth it. During the rainy season swimming can be dangerous due to current and swell.

Nice & not thronged with too many tourists. Good beach with beach vendors offering nice Umbrella & mattress. Drinks & snacks are available too. It was a tiring climb back to the road for me but it must have been worse for some middle-aged people & some gals who stopped to rest once or twice before they could reach the... More

Decided to visit because it was listed as a beach with great snorkelling. It didn't disappoint. Lots of coral around and bring your fins to swim to the north outcrop. You must be a strong swimmer though. Umbrellas can be rented for 100bht. We saw some travellers trying to haggle the price to rent snorkelling gear but it sounded like... More

The beach is very beautiful, not very crowded but the entrance is quite tricky. The beach is 4-5km from Patong and the entrance is on your left, but you wouldn't see the beach, just a small sign and small parking lot. Then you have to go down by stairs which is pretty tiring to go up afterward

I thought it would have been a quieter and more relaxing beach than it was. There were many people there and lots of beach sales people pushing sunglasses chairs and umbrellas. They also were renting jetskis from the beach the had them drive through all the swimmers
