A view point near the naiharn beach. One of the most popular place to watch sunset. It it obsolutely irresistible spot for a good photo. This view gives 360 degrees over the Phuket island. Here you will find a light house which offers beautiful view into the sea. Next to light house is Buddhist shrine with elephant statues.

On our last day in Phuket we hired a private car and driver for 4 hours (1500 Baht). It proved to be a grest decision as wecwent places we would not otherwise have gone, including here. This area is quite crowded but does offer exceptional views and would certsinly get great sunsets on the right day. We enjoyed a short... More

Kaiken vaivan näön jälkeen, hankala skootterimatka, paikka täyttää odotukset kauneudellaan. Kuumuus on hektinen mutta unohtuu kyllä. PAras tapa mennä on skootteri tai vukra-auto. All that driving and hot hot weather but its worth of all that. Unbeliveble wiev. Best way to go there is scooter or taxi.

Many bus loads stop here but can understand why. Views are awesome. There are places to buy things there, monuments etc. Easy to find as on main road.

This is one of those attractions that is entirely dependent on the weather. I appreciate the gorgeous photos people have uploaded, and the wonderful postcards, but when we were there (around 6pm on a Sunday in June) it was overcast, wet and windy. It strongly resembled the Isle of Wight in November. At least it's free. If the weather is... More

Amazing place for sunset picture or romantic moments. Go a couple of hours before sunset to visit the light house and local market, you'll also avoid the bus traffic.

Phrompthep Cape gives you a spectacular view of the beaches and resorts below. As this is located on the hilly side of Phuket, you can get a magnificent view of the sunset from this point. Also a good place for a stopover after a couple of hours of drive around the island - just like what we did.

This is the must for everybody, locals and tourists, for the sunset. Being the south-western point of the island, there is nomway to find some place better than this. There is a small Naval museum and a lot of elephant's statues. You seat and wait for the show.

Phromthep Cape is way at the southern peak of Phuket. Travelers and locals love to throng here to watch the sun setting on the island of Jungceylong. The vista may seem normal, but combine it with a glass of cold Thai milk tea followed by some Apsara dancing creates one surreal experience unique to Phuket. Lovely spot for that romantic... More

It's a nice spot to stop by before sunset. Beautiful scenery. I arrived there while tour group had just left so that was good enough.
