Karon Beach was lovely, nice and clean with plenty of sun beds. Warm ocean was such a treat. Not too busy on the beach and you wasn't hassled too much by people selling you things.

Karon Beach. Length of more than 4 kilometers and so the density of the human body it is less than Kate, but still decent. Sand is also normal and quite gentle slope. Areas with very few trees. In general, the beach at 4 -.
if you need beach for relaxing, karon is the best option in Phuket. the beach is not noisy like Patong beach.
The beach was quite, water was very warm. It's a nice beach to chill and relax, not much going on around the beach. The are sun beds and beach umbrella's for 200 Baht.
A long Beach with many small simple restaurants but very cheap and tasty food! Order thaifood. Kata Beach is near and it is smaller. A very beautiful beach to look at and even paddle, but full of rips and quite dangerous. Swim with extreme caution!
I just back yesterday 2 of may from karon beach. A place that could be a paradice is full of trash is a very dirty beach,i cannot image in full season how will be
The beach was extremely dirty (there had been big swell recently); there are often rip tides here; it's very commercialised and busy; and we just weren't particularly impressed. We did like the very southern end of Karon beach though.
The beach itself is a long crescent - look out for the dragon monument roughly half way along, next to the inlet. Good choice of shops, bars, restaurants directly opposite the beach, as well as small cafe's on the beach itself. Took usual precaution of NOT going anywhere near the Jetski's - warned about being ripped off.
