This was a great experience but we also gained a lot of knowledge and enjoyed a lovely meal. Sally is a great teacher but takes cleanliness and learning seriously. She has a great method of teaching and the hands-on cooking methods helped us to learn how to cook Thai style. We met some vey nice people, we were picked up... More

We were staying at club med just up the road. The 2 parents with 12 yo and 14 yo all had a great time. We did the market tour which was fascinating, with U.S. All trying fruits we had not tried before. Sally is a great host, trainer, patient and knowledgable. Beaut experience.

Kaya Thai Cooking class was very fun to do! Sally is amazing, friendly and she's funny. We booked the cooking class a night before and our pick-up would be around 10:30. We went to the reception and 10:30 sharp a woman walked in. It was Sally! She introduced herself in good English and she asked for our names. We got... More

We had a bit of a bumpy start with pickup and market trip, but Sally made up for the time. This was really enjoyable and we were certainly surprised at the quality dishes we learned to cook. Our spring rolls were yummy, I was really surprised at my green curry (I usually do not like spicy foods -this was "Thai... More

This cooking class was good but the market tour was actually a trip to a fruit stall and the kitchen is extremely small with not much space to work in. Our friends did the class through our hotel Centara Karon Resort which was cheaper than Sally's and they had the experience of going to an actual market and were given... More

I booked in the day before my cooking class and Sally was super accommodating allowing me to come in for a lunch class on my own, and then even pick the dishes I wanted to cook. She picked me up, the class ran smoothly, the food was delicious! She explained everything really well, way better value for money than other... More

I booked a cooking class for my daughter and myself with Sally via the email before we left Australia after reading trip advisor reviews. These reviews didn't disappoint. The procedure was exceptional with Sally giving us great choices and payment via paypal. Sally took us on a Market tour with we thoroughly enjoyed learning new foods. The class was small... More

We were there on Monday 6th and had an amazing time. Family are still talking about it. Our class started with a market tour. Sally our teacher introduced us to fruits we had never tried and then took us to the fresh food market and we sampled local Thai foods. Things we would have never thought of trying. We then... More

We went for a Wednesday morning/lunch class, as I wanted to learn how to make Tom Yum soup. Sally picked us up and confirmed our menu: Spring rolls, Green Curry, Tom Yum Koong and Pad Thai. She explained what ingredients to use, what not to do, and some tricks of the trade. The kitchen was set up perfectly, the preparation... More

I like trying something new or taking classes on each trip so I pulled my two friends along to this class when we went to Phuket. I don't know how to cook or even prep really, I was just really interested and hopeful. One of my friends could cook a little, and my other friend was just basically tagging along.... More
