Picked up on time from our hotel and driven to meet our guide and chef for the night, Kelly. Kelly was a great host, already familiar with most names in the class. We started with a very informative tour of an open market. It was great to see how the Thai's shop and make market food. Treated to some insects... More

We went on the market tour first, Kelly is very lively, fun and experienced. Got to try some food/snacks while at the market. Then we came back to cook Pad Thai, Tom Yum and Green Curry. Very hands on, but also done at a pace that anyone could follow. Awesome food, this is far better than any other Green Curry... More

We did the Monday night group which included the market tour which I would definitely recommend! Was a great experience walking through the market, trying different products and learning about different produce. We loved the market so much we went back there on the Thursday to try some of the cuisine. The dishes we cooked were some of the best... More

I almost feel as if my review will be redundant. My daughter brought me here today for an early mother's day gift. Kelly picked us up and then picked a few more people and drove us to her school. Her class was hands on,fun and easy to follow. We made tom yum soup, green curry and pad Thai. My daughter... More

With Kelly a our guide, we had the opportunity to sample many desserts on the market tour as well as taking in all the other stalls. The class itslef was very organised, you are provided with recipes adn notes and are encouraged to take your own... More

Only 6 of us on the lunch time cooking class (no market tour for us). Kelly remembered everyone's name and used it to invite participation throughout the class. We felt very welcomed and with her two helpers the day went very smoothly. The 3 courses were delicious and taught us some basics for Thai cooking. There is a fair amount... More

I attended the cooking class with a friend and had a great time!! We were the only ones in the class that day so we had Kelly's expertise to ourselves. Kelly with the help of her assistants made the cooking class a lot of fun. Kelly was very knowledgeable and went over all aspects of making the selected dishes (panang... More

Kelly is superb, from pick up service, choose your dishes, fresh ingredients and like talking to google when you have a question on Thai (and wider cooking). Moves between English and American names for foods effortlessly. Really great experience - and the food was amazing. She is virtuoso in the kitchen and classroom.
