I see lots of people writing negative reviews about phi phi cruisers but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, and phi phi cruiser is an inexpensive way to get to the island. The boat itself is quite big, they serve free drinks (non-alcoholic), have toilets, and tv on board. If your looking for a... More

Totally overbooked and over crowded. Not enough seats for everyone we dubbed it cattle class. Would be a total death trap if something went wrong. The tour itself is woeful 5 hours return trip which leaves 1 hour for overcrowded snorkel and 1 hour for lunch then straight back on the cattle boat back to phuket. The only saving grace... More

Way overpriced, try to make it like its not a ferry but a tour but that's all it is... The bathrooms are both western style and squattie potties so don't be despaired if one is available and all you see is the one you don't like.. Coffee, pastry, snacks available for purchase.

This tour is advertised as Exclusive Yacht and there is nothing exclusive about it. There are several of these vessels all with plastic chairs on the decks and some of them I noticed had no shade sails on the upper decks. The staff have little to do with the passengers and I was appalled that there was no assistance on... More

pricewise, brochure shows cost at 1000 baht.we didnt pay anything as it came with hotel. 3 hours approx on land(if you chose to forego the snorkeling) and about double that on traveling by transfer and ferry. this is a huge boat, carries way to many people and u see very little as it goes pas a few other areas before docking at... We took this boat as a one way ferry to Koh Phi Phi, paying 600 bhat each via the phiphicruisers.com. It was a bit more expensive than the other ferries I found but seemed like it would be a more luxury option as the website talks of being served coffee and croissants in air conditioned lounges... The pick up was... More

Staff was great, decent boats, lots of space, squat and western toilets, great lunch though we were hurried. The only part of the tour I didn't like was the fact we barely stopped to see any of the sights... Not like I could have taken pictures of maya bay because it was completely stuffed with boats and hordes of tourists.... More

Most of the bad reviews are from people expecting 5* facilities at 1* prices An open return ticket to Phi Phi from Rassada port costs 500THB (less then £10 GBP) of course there are various packages available via your hotel etc etc The boat is usual Thai standard, pretty cramped during high season with snacks and drinks available, provided you don't expect... A bit of a disappointment as the cruiser was packed and not must choice of seating availability if you arrive late and want a shady area. However, The islands sights are beautiful and breathtaking once you have found a quiet corner for your journey. Health and Safety could be questioned or an issue for getting off and on the cruiser.... More

Please avoid at all cost! We took via an agency. Firstly, the 'cruiser' was more like a ferry. It's not exactly clean. It was crowded. There's no aircon. There's a VIP room but it seems only the locals are allowed in there. It took 1.5hrs to Koh Phi Phi which was a painful ride cos it's so hot and noisy.... More
