I give this beach 3/5 because of the weather that day. Too crowded, and so many people bugging you all the time trying to seeing you ornaments, rides, sun loungers, probably your own house back home if you asked them if they have it! Not for me :)

My 3 rating is generous. Beach is crammed with tour groups with accompanying large power vessels. Not a peaceful, quiet experience by any stretch. Take the 30 baht ferry and then immediately board the next one back to Pattaya.

Great day trip 40min by ferry for 30tbh one way. Make sure you take the ferry to the west coast. Be careful of the food on the island so you don't get food poisoning like my friend did. Beach is busy with Asian people for some hours during AM and lunch time but in the afternoon you can enjoy the... More

Avoid this place. This is a place for the commodity crowd. There are a lot of water rides here, however too commercial and most of the time, not worth it.

Shopping in Pattaya is great, however beaches are grotty, traffic manic and the scene seedy. This time around we dived and as expected viz was appalling. The water is full of rubbish.

This beach must have been beautiful in its time. Now overcrowded with the usual array of unpleasant tourists, showing no regard for the environment or comfort of others. On the plus side, the restaurant at about the middle of the beach served some good food at reasonable prices.

You basically have to rent a scooter otherwise you get a baht bus to get around. Beaches had a lot of waste washed up on shore which was disappointing. Can parasail , shoot guns , ride banana boat or get a speed boat for a price (averaging 1000 baht) I'm sure there's much better beaches to explore. Good point is... More

Tawaen beach is the most popular beach favoured by tourists in Koh Larn. The water is clear and the beach has all the usual activities like jet skiing, banana boat ride, parasailing etc. The beach is clean but packed with tourists, notably Chinese tourists when I was there. Many shops and eateries dot the beach. It has its own pier... More

Great sandy beach with lots of room for everyone with the water so clear just Spectacular! This beach is where the ferry from Pattaya lands.
