The Big Buddha is at the top of the beautiful Naga stairs. Throw a coin into a Buddha's belly button and enjoy the view of the Bay of Jomtien.

Calm, serene and spiritual. A good walk up the hill from Pattaya or you can hire the Baht Bus or Taxi for around 300 Baht both way. Good view of Pattaya and Jomtien beach area.

Gold, more gold, more colors and more smiles!!! Liked it, recommended to visit. However it will not take you to stay more than 20-30 min. unless you are going to pray.

Up to the hill in South Pattaya, this Golden Buddha sit overlooking Pattaya. Fantastic View. We took a great video with my friends. No admission free and good walk up to the hill.

This park with Big Budda on the hill is great for relax time with fresh air and good for jogging with many paths going up and down. Some areas are full of homeless dogs, be aware, slow your step. There're relaxing areas in the shades of the bushes and trees. Get up to see Budda and let free birds for... More

The whole hilltop area at the south end of Walking st / Pattaya beach is worth a day out and a respite from the hustle going on below you. Several Temple complexes, Monuments and View points are worth checking out. There's food, an Outdoor Recreation park, walking paths etc.

Though it's in the middle of the city, it's a short and sweet break from the shopping. It's four flights of steps and the guide jokes if you can climb 4 levels you can reach heaven! Good inspiration for a sweet workout!! The temple it self with the big Buddha is serene and there is a tranquil moment you will... More

You don't have to be religious to appreciate this temple but I defy anyone not to feel at rest when walking around the site. It's also very interesting if you like to learn about the culture. Hard to believe you are only a short distance from the city.

The statue is on a hill overlooking Pattaya. The main statue is surrounded by the Buddha for each day of the week. And the Buddha who looks after you depends on the day of the week you were born. The view is very nice too.
