Loved going on a trip to these islands. Luckily it wasn't high tourist season so the beaches weren't packed. Food was okay. Loved the kayaking. The lake was beautiful. Definitely recommend doing this trip.

Im not sure this is the place to review it but I would suggest hiring a private speed boat rather than doing the government approved tour Its a long way to the marine park and much of our day was spent travelling to the first island on a packed boat. The boat was too big to reach the landing stage... More

I was on scheduled tour of 10 hours to Ang Thong, with speed boat. I was a novice regarding both snorkeling and kayaking, thought it was great fun. And the islands are stunning! Snorkeling was about one hour. Kayaking/swimming was about one and a half. Just wear your swimwear from the beginning, there is no need to wear/bring your regular... More

This is a must-do day trip if you are visiting Koh Samui. Various tour operators offers different trips, and they will all include some snorkeling, visiting a few of the islands in the park, a traditional lunch, kayaking, etc. Prices are all very similar and we would rate it as one of the excursions to definitely do.

Spent a night here in one of the ranger's huts and it remains one of my fondest holiday memories. The hut was a bargain and we even managed to use the rangers' restaurant for some food and ended up being invited to a birthday party for one of the marine park's staff! Everyone was very friendly and the sites we... More

We visited Angthong National Marine Park as part of a tour itinerary and it is definitely worth the visit. The emerald lagoon is definitely worth the hike. I only wish we could have spent more time there. A truly magical experience.

We went on a conducted tour . The boat ride to the island was beautiful and a little rain on the way made things wonderful . The first stop was to the island with a lagoon which was beautiful but involved very steep climbing those who wanted could do some kayaking . The rock caves were beautiful . The lunch... More

We took this day trip through one travel organizer, but because there is so many, my comments aren't valid for all. The boat trip to the Park took some time and I would have hoped to have something other to eat on board than bananas because it was quite early and we didn't have time to eat breakfast in our... We visited the Angthong National Park as part of a tour that included kayaking between a couple of the small islands, visiting the lagoon and hen a choice between trekking/climbing up to the view point or snorkelling in the bay. The lagoon was nice, but was just a lagoon, swimming is not allowed and there was no direct access into... More

Travelled on 12-7-2014 with 4 adults and 4 children ( Age 11, 9,8 and 3). Booked through hotel on Lomlahk. Travel was bumpy as it was full moon day. since It was raining they did not allow us to climb the Angthong view point dont know why... So we missed the many island views...
