It is beautiful because it is small and relatively quiet. However not secluded and no white sand. But I still find it very cosy. The hotels on the beach are not all very pricey.

Spent a few days at this beach, a hidden Gem to find and although to enter you must purchase a drink or eat at one of the few cafes it is well worth it once you are on the beach. It is fantastic for children and the water is not deep. Not a lot of scalpers which makes it pleasant,... More

Silver Beach can be found just before you go into Lamai. It' s one the nicest beaches and is lovely and quiet with beautiful soft white sand. If you want a lovely relaxing beach for a lazy afternoon...this is it. If you want a busier beach with Jet ski's etc then try Chaweng Beach.

We visit this beach every year. The sand is like white powder, the crystal clear water and quiet. Fantastic restaurant - silverbeach restaurant which never disappoints

Someone call it Silver Beach - others say Crystal beach. Anyway - on some special days this is the only one open beach, where you can go for snorkeling with an acceptable underwater view. The restaurants offer good Thai & European food. Have fun with your children over there.

Hard to find but worth the effort. A beautiful quiet and private beach that a few resorts have access to and anyone else who can find it. A beautiful little beach and a perfect way to spend the day

This in our opinion is the best beach on Koh Samui. We came here twice during our stay as parking is easy and with warm clear water to swim.Swim to the left as you face beach...Less rocks. Not as busy as other beaches and not as littered like we seen on some others.A couple of beach restaurants and bars close by too.... We were staying down the road at Lamai Beach and were told that Silver Beach was a nicer beach, so decided to check it out. Yes the sand is soft and white, and it is a popular spot with protected areas to swim, but accessing the beach was either through resorts or a restaurant, which was a bit strange.
