We booked one day tour. Waited at the lobby , and they didn't came. Forgot... Instead of coming on 8:30, they came on 10:20. So bad costumer service. Did everything but help. The rest of the day was the same - long waiting on the track. Every one is asking for TIP Got great "sunny" sits for the elephant show... More

We were unfortunate to have to experience this place as we wanted to visit the waterfalls. We had no idea what it was but our songthaew driver dropped us there with instructions to walk through it. There were people riding elephants on a well worn track with chairs mounted on their backs and a chain around their feet. There was... More

Not good at all. They are not friendly. The elephant trek is a complete wast of time. They make you pay for everything, even the pictures you want to take yourself or when you ask them to take a picture of you and you 4-year son....

Seeing a leopard chained up and fed from a cat bowl, dozens of elephants shackled and agitated (including calves) disgusted me. WILD animals need exercise, and moreover, respect! The only good thing is that we didn't pay for a tour, we just stumbled across this place on our moped one day and hiked up to the waterfalls which were ok.... More

We had a great day with the Namuang Safari Park. From the pick up at our hotel, in a air conditioned van, to the park. A tasty lunch, and very entertaining interaction with a elephant. The monkey trained to pick coconuts was very interesting, the cooking exhibit educational and delicious. The guide on site was funny. The visit to the... More

Best elephant experience I have had at this Island Safari theme park. The trek was good value along with the demonstration by young elephant, associated animals, and cooking. Also had an update on rubber tree tapping. The vehicle trip is non for the nervy but the whole experience was great.

We did the 30 minute elephant trek as part of an island tour of Ko Samui. In contrast to some of the other reviews, these elephants looked reasonably well-treated, other than having to wear the harness with the seats on it (it had ropes which are better than some of the chain ones I have seen elsewhere). They were fed... More

We passed by this park on an island tour on the way to a waterfall and sadly saw the awful treatment of the elephants. They were chained to the ground with 1-2 foot long chains pulling on their legs even though they were in and enclosed area. The elephants were swaying and appeared very agitated. The park sold food to... More

We are currently on vacation in Thailand and went to Koh Samui for a few days where we rented a car and drove ourselves around the island. We came by Namuang animal park and went to take a look. It didnt take long to figure out that the poor animals here - elephants, tigers etc are suffering abuse. The elephants... More
