the tigers and leopards here are clearly sedated. when I came the tiger we were told was not available for pictures, not that anyone took a picture as we all felt to sad for these animals. the waterfalls itself well they are waterfalls to be honest, if you are going to make the climb to the top ensure you wear... I was on a scheduled tour to Namuang Safari Park, the two waterfalls, elephant ride and 4 wheeling in the mountains. Only saw the one waterfall since the stairs to the big waterfall was too steep. Nobodys fault! The tour was alright but I definitely hated the animal shows in Namuang! They were boring and also I believe it is... More

I visited this park a year ago at the recommendation of a travel agent, and to be honest I can see why, it is marketed well and the ticket you buy is well priced. But that excited feeling left when we arrived. As soon as you get there you're given a sticker on your shirt (that tells them what you've... More

Before my husband and I came here, we knew that we had wanted to do the elephant trekking. As soon as we arrived, the first thing that I noticed right away was the hooks that the handlers would put into their ears as they passed by during the trekking. That was my first indication that this was not going to... More

I'm surprised at the bad reviews in all honesty. 1400 baht for quad bikes, zip lining, elephant trek, waterfall and shuttle bus was impressive and me and my girlfriend enjoyed the activities and would recommend it. My girlfriend particularly enjoyed the quads.

Having loved elephant trekking in Bali, I was desperate to do it when I got the chance in Ko Samui. This park was a completely different experience... I did not feel safe on the elephant (the route is very steep), the man on the elephant asked us for money, to buy bracelets and had a cigarette mid trip, I saw... More

The safari park was nice but the highlight was the trip up to the waterfall and ziplining through the trees...

We went here on the advice of a local. We wanted to experience elephant trekking. Coming from Australia, we have an inbred respect for native wildlife and had just been to a crocodile show in Australia zoo. This place is a disgrace. The crocodiles were so drugged, they allowed the "handlers" to pull them around by the tail. Any self... More

Hello I and my boyfriend are planning to spend 2 days in Koh samui and for one day we were planning to take a safari tour. I have heard the bad reputation of one of the tour companies in Koh samui but there must be other options. If they are using bad manners for the animals,we are not that eager.Hope someone... More

I know a lot of people believe parks like this are cruel but I saw no cruelty. The trainers seemed to care for their animals and even though they were trained to do shows they were not poking or whipping them. The animals seemed well cared for and looked healthy. We watched the elephant show and saw the tigers, we... More
