We booked the Exclusive Safari Tour directly with the website http://www.namuangsafarisamui.com/tour-exclusive.html and went on a all day trip. I have to say it wasn't exactly worth the 1600 Baht per person price we paid. The first stop was the grandfather/grandmother rock. The formation of the rock looks like male and female genital which I guess wasn't of particular interest for... More

We went on this with two other couples, it was great! Sad to see the leopard with a chain around his neck but the tour they the jungle was great! Zip lines and slides were awesome! Our tour guide was very funny and accommodating :)

It is such a shame that greed and money seems to be the main objective for tour operators in Samui. There were so many trucks and people it really spoilt the entire day. We were shoved around by supposide guides and I even saw drivers shouting at customers. I understand there are different cultures but for me there is no... More

we did the 45 min relax package where we went on a private elephant trek then visited the waterfall after. Our guide was great he took many photos of us on the elephant together which we loved! The waterfall was also nice to see. We didn't see any shows or leopards or tigers so animal cruelty wasn't obvious to us.... More

We had the visit to the Namuang Safri Park as part of a package. We enjoyed ourselves with many photo opportunities of us atop the elephant. While the park itself is tourist orientated it is still worth the visit.

This place was awful. Witnessed so much animal abuse from the staff. Poor animals seemed drugged, exhausted and like their life had been sucked out of them! Please do not encourage this kind of cruelty by paying entrance fees. Tourists need to stop thinking about their photos to show friends and more about what they are doing to these animals!

See a lot of mixed reviews here.. Maybe I should have posted my review before reading, and I would have changed it to lower? That being said I didn't see any mistreatment of animals. People don't always understand "training" sometimes it appears rough, but really does no harm to the giant animals. I saw nothing that looked out of place,... More

Do not go here. I am still so mad at myself for paying to attend. The minute we arrive I saw the elephants looking so exhausted and so sad. We went on a brief ride in which we were harassed for a tip. We refused and the man rude and obviously p**sed off at us. When we arrived back he... More

I was quite worried when I found out that this was the tour that had been booked for us after reading previous reviews. We did the 30 minute elephant trek and waterfall 2. Yes, the elephant trek did not go for a whole 30 minutes, but to be honest it was quite boring! We were not harassed for extra money... More

Driving around the Island in an open safari type jeep was enjoyable; an ideal way to get around when you don't have much time to explore. The drive to the waterfall was lovely, and it was great fun to be able to sit up on top of the jeep while driving off the main roads! The temple (mummified Buddha) was... More
