Air picked us up for what we thought was just a cooking class but it was much more than that and is one of the highlights of our trip. The market tour provides a great opportunity to learn more on the foods you'll be preparing and lots more. Air's kitchen is beautifully set up and facilities are clean and comfortable.... More

Air was amazing the moment we met him. His attitude toward life as well as his impressive knowledge of Thai culinary is exactly what we hoped for. He brought us to a local market and explained how it all works and the more we asked the more we learned. He brings you to his home kitchen studio which is outdoors... More

An authentic Thai experience. Though it was 12 months ago, it seems like yesterday! Collected from our hotel one sunny morning by a smiling Air, we were taken to the local produce market - fascinating to see. We then travelled to Air's home and open-air kitchen. The class was hands on and excellent. The bonus was chatting to our host... More

Our day with Air was certainly one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. The whole experience was wonderful, from the visit to the local market (of which we were the only non locals there), to Air's expansive outdoor kitchen and the information he share along along the way. Air certainly made our time with him memorable and was... More

Air and his cooking class are both incredible. He is a fun, engaging character and he is very good at what he does. The experience is hands-on, but not too difficult. The visit to the market is fun and interesting. Air's facilities are spacious, spotless, and open-air. I can't recommend this experience enough.. if you are considering a cooking class... More

I was in Thailand for a first visit with my family and a few friends who were native Thais. I signed up for Air's cooking class because I love to cook and cook Thai at home in Washington DC often. I was still a bit nervous to do this alone, as my family and friends were going on their own... More

Air did an absolutely amazing job as a professional, host, a teacher, an informed tour guide & local enthusiast. We started the day off by being promptly picked up at our hotel along with one other person (very intimate) and toured a local market where he took his time to walk us around and thoroughly explain various local ingredients. Air... More

My partner and I did this back in July and what an absolute blast. The food in Thailand is amazing and what better way to enjoy it at home than to cook your own authentic Thai. Chanrat is a very funny man and he enjoys nothing more than taking you through the markets, his gardens and showing you great ways... More
