Owner description: A family run cooking class established in 2001. We began with a maximum class size of 8 people. Even though our business has seen tremendous growth, we have decided that this small class size maintains the personalization and individual attention that each student deserves. Yui (Siripen Sriyabhaya), Thailand's international TV chef still teaches every dish in every class to guarantee the highest quality of instruction. Her expertise attracts a variety of students such as, TV chefs, executive chefs, culinary school teachers, international Thai cooking instructors, food columnists, cookbook authors, tourists, and food lovers.Yui's unique blend of art and science truly make cooking exciting, fun, and easy to follow. When students cook these delicious dishes in class, they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to be able to recreate these dishes at home.

Let me start off my review by saying that I'm terrified of cooking. I decided to tackle my fear by taking Yui's cooking class, and while I learned that stir-frying food probably isn't my strong suit, I was so happy by the end of the day because with Yui's kind and patient instruction, I had made things that were actually... Our family of 4 enjoyed a full day cooking class with Yui. It is clear that Yui is very passionate about Thai food and loves sharing her extensive knowledge of this with you. She is a great teacher and has a good sense of humour, which makes cooking with her so much fun. You will cook some fantastic Thai food... More

My husband and I both have Thai in our families, and we are both extremely critical foodies, particularly when it comes to Asian food. We signed up for Yui's class on our multi-stop honeymoon journey, and we are so grateful that we did. We took a 1-day Wednesday course. Transport to/from our hotel is included with the fee and very... More

Attending this cooking class was definitely the highlight of our trip to Chiang Mai. Yui is very knowledgeable about traditional Thai cooking. Her English is very good and I appreciate that she try to say the name of ingredients in other language to help participants to understand. Everything about Yui is authentic, it is very hard for someone who is... More

Yui loves what she does and it shows. She knows how to cook and teach, she takes classes a cut above by continually educating herself and working with Chefs from around the world. And she's warm...I liked being in her presence, the food we prepared was delicious, I left feeling very happy.

I went on Yui's full day course with my mum. The whole day was structured really well and Yui made it easy to understand the step of the cooking. Yui's passion for food is unfaultering and it's so inspiring to meet her. I can't wait to get home and practice. Thanks Yui!

My husband and I took Yui's cooking class as a part of our Chiang Mai trip. From the food, to the cooking instructions, to the market tour, everything was executed seamlessly. Let me start off by saying Yui is a celebrity chef. She's consulted by various 5 star restaurants in the US, Canada, and elsewhere in the world to help... More
