Visiting the elephant nature park was by far the best thing I have done to date in my life. I get sad thinking of it now because of how much I wish I could be there right now. Myself and my boyfriend stayed overnight, and I am so glad we did because I pitied all these people heading back to... More

When we arrived to Chiang Mai we looked for places to go to and meet the elephants in their natural habitat. This place looked the best, You don't learn how to be a mahout or how to ride or control the elephants. You just spend the day seeing the elephants in their natural environment. This place is magical, everyone takes... More

Spent the day at the elephant sanctuary today!! Was one of thee best and most heart warming experiences I've had travelling yet! I've spent the day feeding, bathing and generally just being up close to these beautiful animals in there natural home. Bit scary at times because they are so big and powerful and yet at the same time they... More

This place is really great. You can get up close with elephants, watch the show and watch them do some really cool things and even get a ride around the reserve. I'm always a bit dubious about places like this, and I try my best to research before visiting and make an effort to talk to the staff to try... More

This was a highlight of our stay in Chaing Mai! Myself and a friend went for the overnight stay and were thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. We chose this particular elephant experience as we didn't want to ride elephants due to the unethical treatment of the animals. The work Lek and her team do is incredible and worth a... More

Whilst in Chiang Mai we were very interested in seeing some elephants, and we decided to visit the Elephant Nature Park specifically as it appeared to be the organisation that cared for the animals wellbeing the most. It is owned by a lovely Thai lady who has dedicated her life to rescuing and rehabilitating both wild and captive working elephants... More

After having a trekking day including an elephant ride, it is incredible to see how elephants really should get treated! We felt very sorry for the elephants during the trekking and directly decided to visit the elephant nature park. Great tour, amazing quality time with the elephants and authentic, friendly stuff. Just to recommend!!! Only thing is that the tour... More

We visited the Elephant Nature Park in May 2013 as part of a six week journey through Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. I did a lot of research into animal sanctuaries before we signed up for an overnight elephant experience with Elephant Nature Park. If animal welfare and conservation are important to you then this will be a great place to... More

By far the highlight of my 3 city tour of Thailand! Completely incredible experience! Being able to be up close to the elephants, bathing and feeding them...wow...it's probably a once in a lifetime opportunity. This camp is about the humane treatment of elephants, and allowing them to be free in their environment, and educating about the mistreatment of elephants in... More
