It is a great way to get out of the city for a day and learn all about the organic ingredients that we proudly grow ourselves at the farm. You will cook delicious healthy meals from scratch at individual cooking stations. Our cooking instructors are all passionate about food and love to share their knowledge with you. We also offer evening classes in the old city of Chiang Mai for those who are limited in time. During these classes we use organic produce from our farm. « less

Everything was run just so well. Lots of space, great relaxing setting out of town on organic farm. It was very comfortable and ran so incredibly smoothly. My only issue was that they didn't hand out the cookbook with the recipes ahead of time. I wanted to see the recipes in print so I could follow along and make notes... More

Great day out. They picked us up from our accomodation, went to a local market where we learnt about Thai ingredients then to their organic farm for further introduction to thai plants and herbs. The teachers were very energetic and helpful although majority of ingredients were already prepared into correct portions, we mixed, cut, pounded, fried everything which is the... More

You will have a nice day and good food, but you really will not learn much about Thai cooking. Everything is pretty much prepared for you ahead of time and you just chop some vegetables and put the ingredients in a pan of wok. Fun, but not much "learning". Good take away cook book. More

What a great day! Lots of nice food, it was so good to do all the cooking ourselves. We also had a great tour through a local market and through a Thai farm. Teacher was a classic, had us laughing all day! More

Basic range of 'famous' thai dishes - you get to choose red/green/yellow curry which you make from the paste, chicken coconut soup, pad thai, chicken with thai basil and the best of all...mango sticky rice. Don't eat breakfast! The staff are all very friendly - we had an hilarious day with our teacher who made it all extremely good fun. More

We went for the day as one vegetarian and one meat eater. We were able to stay together and just chose which dishes to cook and tofu was available as a veggie replacement. Great day out but so stuffed with all we made that we took home takeaway noodles Thai-style. All the cooking schools looked similar but this was particularly... More

My wife and I enjoyed the trip to the market and day cooking with a great group of people. I was initially a little concerned as my wife's eyesight is very poor . But the lessons are so well organised she had no problems. A special mention to the pocket dynamo teacher who conducted the course who made the day.... More

They pick you up in the morning and drive you out of town. First stop is a market where they show and explain typical ingredients. Then they take you even further away from town to the cooking school itself. It is in the country side and just being there makes you relax. You cook five dishes, each one chosen out... More

Excellent cooking school day. Loved the whole programme. Outing to the local market, local products and then drive to cooking school. Lots of cooking, lots of food, very good set up of small classes and instruction. Very good value. Would highly recommend. More
