You will have a nice day and good food, but you really will not learn much about Thai cooking. Everything is pretty much prepared for you ahead of time and you just chop some vegetables and put the ingredients in a pan of wok. Fun, but not much "learning". Good take away cook book. More

Basic range of 'famous' thai dishes - you get to choose red/green/yellow curry which you make from the paste, chicken coconut soup, pad thai, chicken with thai basil and the best of all...mango sticky rice. My wife and I enjoyed the trip to the market and day cooking with a great group of people. I was initially a little concerned as my wife's eyesight is very poor . Excellent cooking school day. Loved the whole programme. Outing to the local market, local products and then drive to cooking school. Lots of cooking, lots of food, very good set up of small classes and instruction. Very good value. Would highly recommend. More
