My entire experience with these guys (and Lerm) was fantastic. From seeing cherry blossoms to (poorly and slowly) navigating the trails, it was all great fun. The bikes are great, and if you're up for it, you can make multiple runs on different trails at no additional cost. Don't waste your time with the "other" company. More
