Plenty of choices to purchase from. Prices are higher than in the local markets but that is to be expected from a tourist place. Lots of eateries but I prefer the food market across from the dried goods shops for their variety and authentic Thai food. Tip: You can get greater bargains when you visit their shops as they are... Very expensive and nothing to choose . Only selling old fashion clothes and poor quality too. If raining , there is no place to get in .

While this market does feed into the night market it is enough separate that you are not crammed in like sardines. It not only has the typical stuff of the other street vendors but also some unique, one of a kind items. The floor is level so you can actually shop instead of looking at every step you take. The... Much less crowded than the Night Bazaar on the street outside, and with a more authentic Thai feel, the Anusan market is the place to go at night. I went two nights in a row (Thursday + Friday), and had different experiences each time - both good! Shop around, since similar products can be found in multiple stalls, and you're... More

Pretty good location where the famous night market Anusan is just minutes walk away from surrounding hotels. Cheap food and shopping.

Anusan market is full of great places to eat and it has a market and some shops around that are an extension of the Night Bazzar. I have found some great restaurants here, and I go back often. Anusan market was actually the very first place I ate in Chiang Mai, but that was 13 years ago when I first... More

Loved this market. It is clean and orderly with all of the food vendors around the outside area and the stalls in the middle. There were lots of unique things to buy as well as the usual shirts and elephant pants. There is no traffic to worry about and it had a great live band playing and a cabaret show... More

This is in the Night Bazaar area. It's a little easier to walk around here than the street with the uneven sidewalks. Safer for kids too. Restaurants, bars, shopping, who could ask for anything more!

Located down the street from its cousin, the Night Bazar market, this one has a more open feel to it. Fewer actual shops, and more open stalls. You'll see the same "handmade" one-of-a-kind objects in different stalls, so barter. If you don't like the price of something, keep looking. For example, my friend was looking for a swimsuit. She asked... More

The place seems to be bigger than I visited 2 years ago. Seriously you cannot it all within 1 hour. Now they are building the roof to cover the area -- maybe it is for raining season I don't know since it is a night market and there is no harsh sun. Surprisingly you can find better varieties of wood... More
