We loved this half day course! The market part at the start was a bit disappointing as you just stand in front of the stalls whilst the instructor tells you the thai names for the different vegetables, i expected the market to be a large food market but was just a few stalls on the side of the road. Still... More

Super friendly staff, very clean, very relaxing. Low season is best. The price is also right. I loved the instructors. They are amazingly friendly, and super organized and coordinated.

I did the full day at the farm and it was definitely one of he highlights of my trip. I went alone but joined a group of really fun people. It's a great day out enjoying learning about and eating thai food in the countryside!

The cooking class was recommended by the owners of the hostel I was staying (The Living Place) and me and a friend chose the half day cooking course. After visiting the market we went to the kitchen (which was very pleasant since it was in the open) and learned to cook different dishes we were able to select from a... More

We had a fantastic day at the full day cooking class. The hostel were staying at recommended the course and we didn't know much more than: full-day class on a farm. Imagine our surprise when we first ran to catch a train, and the took a lovely bicycle ride through the small town to our destination. Our instructor (Bendie(sp?)) was... More

Excellent class. Started in the market showing you which spices to buy. Then we cooked and the food was amazing. Highly recommended.

One of my highlights of Chiang Mai - a very fun course with a fantastic instructor, Pear, who had good English and an even better sense of humour. She's a natural entertainer and very good at involving everyone, whilst also being very mindful of everyone in the group's personal taste. The 4.5hr course starts off with Pear taking the group... Had a great experience here and learned so much about Thai food in general and how to cook delicious dishes in particular. Our instructor, Pear, kept the class light-hearted and fun, and was also really patient and informative. A fantastic evening! And I love that we get a recipe book to keep.
