We did the afternoon "special menu" cooking class; it was great! The tour began with a visit to a local market where we purchased many of the ingredients we used to cook later that afternoon. Overall we made 7 dishes from scratch, everything was excellent! Both of our guides were very helpful and engaging and made for a fun afternoon.... More

With all the different cookery schools to choose from it was hard to make a choice but we settled on this one as it was located outside of the city and on a little farm. The cost was also really fair and the staff at our hotel recommended them. We started the day by getting picked up in a van... More

i have been to several cooking schools in both Chiang Mai and Hoi An - what made this different was the journey to arrive at the school. Picked up from inner city hotel and taken in air conditioned comfort to the train station. 15 minutes on the local train we arrive at Pasao station - back on bus to local... More

We enjoyed a full day of Thai dish cooking (and eating:)), local train & market, cycling the village and relaxing in the organic farm. Oh was a wonderful teacher, everything was well-organised and clearly explained in good English. Would definitely go there again.

I was picked up from my accomodation, and started the tour on a local market with some info about herbs and other ingredients to be used during the day. Gives it a nice extra dimension! After that went by train from Chiang Mai to the farm outside of town (about 20 min). Had a short bicycle ride around town with... More

I have been to Chiang Mai twice and both times came for a cooking class here. Both times I had Palm as the teacher and both times he was great! Such a fun teacher, very enthusiastic and made it enjoyable for everyone. Would recommend anyone to go here, the schools location is lovely and the school itself is very sweet.

We had heaps of fun with Palm! Great ambiance and learned a lot! Definitely one of the must do's when you find yourself in Chiang Mai.

We did a whole day cooking school at the farm. We went to meet our teacher Palm at the market where he learned us a lot about the ingredients. After that, we took the local train and a bike to the farm. In the train we learned him some French and he learned us a lot about the Thai language.... More

We enjoyed the class very much. It was tasty and plenty of good food. The hostess Kim is great. She knew all about the Thai cuisine and all the dishes we have prepared! It was a great things for us to do!
