My boyfriend and I picked this cooking class because of its reviews on trip advisor and it lived up to all expectations. We are not pro cooks, but our instructor (Dream) took us step by step through everything and we made some really nice Thai meals which we got to pick! Everything was completely organised and it was nice to... More

My girlfriend and I signed up for the cooking in the city class. Our instructor was Chet, who spoke very understandable English and had a great attitude. He personally walked to our hotel and guided us to the market. Chet was very informative but also made the lessons interesting: we feel as though we will actually remember how to make... More

Our day started with Palm taking us through the market and teaching us about local foods. We had a great time cooking, laughing--sometimes too many peppers isn't a good thing--and learning to make authentic Thai food. Our teacher, Palm, made the day enjoyable in every way. As you plan your trip to Chiang Mai, make sure to take the time... More

This was a great day from start to finish. A visit to the market to learn about traditional Thai cookery ingredients was informative and interesting. The short train journey was a nice way to see a bit of the surrounding area. There was a great selection of dishes to choose from and everything we had was great! What made the... More

Last year I did 2 days at this cooking school with Palm as instructer and loved it so when I returned to Chiang Mai I decided to repeat the experience . With one day at the farm and one day at the city school. Day 1. There were around 8 students, we were collected from various hotels but were running... More

We did the afternoon "special menu" cooking class; it was great! The tour began with a visit to a local market where we purchased many of the ingredients we used to cook later that afternoon. Overall we made 7 dishes from scratch, everything was excellent! Both of our guides were very helpful and engaging and made for a fun afternoon.... More

With all the different cookery schools to choose from it was hard to make a choice but we settled on this one as it was located outside of the city and on a little farm. The cost was also really fair and the staff at our hotel recommended them. We started the day by getting picked up in a van... More

i have been to several cooking schools in both Chiang Mai and Hoi An - what made this different was the journey to arrive at the school. Picked up from inner city hotel and taken in air conditioned comfort to the train station. 15 minutes on the local train we arrive at Pasao station - back on bus to local... More

We enjoyed a full day of Thai dish cooking (and eating:)), local train & market, cycling the village and relaxing in the organic farm. Oh was a wonderful teacher, everything was well-organised and clearly explained in good English. Would definitely go there again.
