This was a fantastic day. We were collected from our hotel and taken to Chiang Mai train station where we had a 20 minute train journey. We were then provided with bicycles and cycled to the cooking school. We made the most amazing food, so tasty yet so simple to make. Lovely group of people, and the staff were great.... More

This trip was organised, professional and easy - and a lot of fun. My boyfriend and I signed up for the day trip and we made a lot of food, which because we couldn't eat it all, were allowed to take back to our accommodation. Our friendly guide/Cook took us to a local market in Chiang Mai before putting us... More

This tour was so much fun! We rode bikes around the field and collected herbs. They have just completed a new cooking school and it is clean and beautiful. Our amazing teacher oui, was so patient and a entertaining lady. The food was delicious and I have never eaten so much food. We left with a recipe Book and a... More

Loved this! We missed the market trip due to a late train arrival, but made it for the most important parts. I'm not a very experienced cook, but I was very comfortable and learned to make several delicious dishes. You get a cookbook with all the recipes when you leave! Also, you eat your creations. If you go with a... More

We decided on the school in the country, a car, train and bicycle trip, a bit of an fun adventure. The cooking was in a outside kitchen and we collected some of the produce at the farm. The cooking was great fun and we shared our delicious meals with others we had just met. Highly recommended. More

Only two of our group of 25 chose to do the Smartcook day, but our friends had to put up with our rave reviews when we returned. The trip to the market was very interesting, the train trip was fine. I thought my co-student wouldn't be able to manage the bike but was delighted when tried and found the bike... More
