Had a great evening's cooking here. The fact you can choose dishes is a real plus. You then go to the market to buy some bits for them, then come back and cook up a storm. They usually limit numbers to six, so you get lots of personal attention. I cook a lot at home, so while the skills required... More

This was an amazing experience! They took us to the local market to get our ingredients and learn about some of the foods they have there. Then back to their place to begin. We cooked 6 dishes all together all with excellent instruction. The staff was so friendly and fun, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cooking... More

I never give five star reviews, but this earned it. Literally zero complaints. Vannee is the perfect cooking instructor for my taste -- motherly, firm, patient, and thorough. Meo (who looks like a Thai Paul Sorvino) is a bit quieter, but still quite helpful. The amount of value you get for your money here is amazing.

Had a great time from the moment we got picked up. Going to the market to pick up ingredients and have many more things explained was very helpful. We really enjoyed the recipes and the amount of time devoted to us for the cooking. Definitely worth the value. The cookbook at the end is an excellent addition and we've used... More

Wonderful experience. It was like learning to cook from mom. The recipe book you get when you finish is 70 pages! I didn't think I could finish all the food...but I managed. So happy I chose to do this. Thank you for a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

We were picked up at our hotel and went to the local market to pick up some ingredients for our dishes. Learned a lot at the market about specific items for the dishes and then traveled out of the city for the class. The instructor and her husband were excellent at showing us and teaching us proper Thai technique with... More

We arranged to have a private class for my mom and three sisters. Vannee picked us up from our hotel, gave us an extensive list of dishes to select 6 choices each, and then we headed into the market to buy all the ingredients. The cooking school is in Vannee's large back yard and the kitchen is very well organized,... More

Vannee and her studio kitchen was a great way to learn the art of Thai home cooking, I took away many new dishes and can't want to cook them at home for my friends. Would highly recommend to all, the pick up service was very handy and the tour of the market was very informative to learn about all the... More

A beautiful woman shares her cooking experience at a school set up in her back yard. we went to the local market and purchased some of the needed supplies for our cooking class. We saw coconut cream and coconut milk being made fresh for us. We ground our own spice mix for the dish we chose using a rock mortar... More

I went to 3 different cooking schools while in Chiang Mai, this one is great and you will learn in a very small group for an extremely fair price. I would take the morning class if you can get up in time. There is a 10% discount if you book with her directly on their website. You will be learning... More
