Fah Lanna Spa is located in the old town near Chang Puak Gate and Fah Lanna Massage is near the Nigh Bazaar. As a family owned business, both places are in Northern Thai style, created with love to make customers feel welcome, relaxed and invited. The spa offers private rooms with showers, WC and jacuzzi and is perfect for some luxurious pampering while the massage shop gives customers the same welcoming, friendly and very personalized service with the famous Thai smile at regular massage shop prices. Feel like a princess (or prince) to ordinary prices.

Mr. O'Shin was an excellent masseur, he has an excellent therapeutic massage skills. I fell asleep during the massages. I highly recommended him to anyone who is in need of massages. Fah Lanna Spa is very beautiful and the best in Chiangmai. I have been to Chiangmai Oasis, this is far the best.

I dream of going back to Fah Lanna spa. The welcome is just right, not at all intrusive with cool rose ice tea followed by a warm foot scrub with lime and the massage. The therapists who massaged us were very professional without being cold or distant. After the massage we were given a yummy cup of hot ginger brew... More

We just happened upon this place walking down the street. It's so beautiful inside that stopped to see what it was. When realized spa we walked in to see if they could accommodate 2 of us for 2 hour massage. They got us right in. Had private room could shower beforehand. The room - the entire spa - was beautiful... More

First time to Chiang Mai, want to try something local even from their massage, so picked their package Fah Lanna Northern Style which included the Northern Thailand's traditional Tok Sen massage. The foot massage & Thai massage are fine, but when the Tok Sen started, the noise from the wooden hammer and the wedge totally destroyed my enjoyment, especially the... More

Amazing place to escape from the noisy city. Massages are a bit more expensive than the average, but it's really worth to spend more! As the first massage in Thailand, I had a traditional Thai massage, but they propose many different kind.. People are very polite and the service is very good. The place is really nice and clean.

It is a very busy spa! used to be that one was able to walk in spontaniously and get a massage, this is no longer the case:) If you want to go here, make an appointment or chances are you will be turned down. The massage is what I consider average, not that it is a bad thing at all,... More

We visited the spa a few times during our trip to Chiang Mai. The first couple of times we stopped into the location near the night market for a foot massage, and then made an appointment to the bigger spa inside the old city for full body massages. The spa picked us up which was very convenient, and the inside... More

Had an excellent traditional Thai massage and facial treatment. The place was very clean and tranquil. My therapist was very professional. I had a few massages in Bangkok and a couple in Chiang mai at a different spa - this was the best.

Fah Lanna says on their door: Easy to find, hard to forget. I can only confirm this! I wanted to try special Tok Sen massage that has its origin in Chiang Mai and around it. Fah Lanna is famous for this particular technique (although not only) and they got awarded special price in 2014. When you visit spa in this... More

My girlfriend and I decided to splurge on Fah Lanna after two days sampling massages at cheaper locations. It was absolutely worth it. I've visited several Thai spas over the two trips I've made to Thailand and I've never experienced a more definitive massage. An absolute must if you're willing to spend a little extra. Try the travelers package!
