This is a great way to see the wider area, away from the tourist trail. There were 5 people on my tour, with 1 great guide, who was really friendly and had a lot of insight and information about the local area. We visited a local school, a quiet temple, a bakery, fed some fish, and had lunch at an... More

The group was looking for something active to do while we were in Chiang Mai and this bike tour was a perfect fit. We had a great time riding the back roads of Chiang Mai and learning about the culture, I was actually very surprised at how informational the tour was and how much I learned about the area. We... Our family of 4 (mum, dad, 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son) wanted to end our week in Chiang Mai with a cycle tour in the countryside. So after looking at several different companies we chose Chiang Mai Biking. We were a little hesitant about doing a cycle tour in the hot season with a young family... More

I booked this tour for my husband and myself, however the next morning put me in a bad mood. We arrived the evening before and had to book an early taxi @200bht at 7 am to arrive at the office at 8 am, therefore waking up at 6 am to get ready. Our hotel thought it was extremely odd that... More

This bike tour was great! The guide was amazing and taught us so much. He showed us the fruits and herbs growing along the road. We saw pottery and bread being made. We saw how the people cremate their loved ones (weird topic, but interesting). I am just in moderate shape, but I was able to do the 4 hour... More

Really enjoyed this 1/2 day City trip. We were picked up from the hotel and brought to our bikes at the offices. Bikes are in good condition, helmets and water supplied. We set off with Pan, a very knowledgeable and safe guide. Brought us on main roads, sideroads, backroads, through markets, side streets, all throughout the city really. Stopped at... More

Dear J Dunner, Thank you for your 5 star review about our City Culture ride. You are right about the many temples in the tour because this tour is developed to show you as much as possible from the Chiang Mai city center. Luckily we also show you some parts around town like the flower market , China town and... More

I'll start of by saying that we were lucky to have this tour as i forgot what date it was and actually missed our original date but Fokke arranged another guide for us the next morning for a minimal fee to cover for the previous days guide, and luckily it was only the 2 of us. The tour stays out... More

We were happy with the guided tour (I think the guide's name was Pom) and you get to see a lot of the more rural bits of Chiang Mai that you would never chance upon without a guide. You get to see a former leper colony in the woodlands, a pottery, local baking factory, pubic school, etc. The guide makes... More

Loved this! We have teenagers aged 14 and 18 and set off on this tour the morning after we arrived. The bike trip is perfectly flat and the bikes run smoothly. Tun, our guide, was great. Took us around backstreets and country type lanes to see school, temples, parklands, pottery, bakery, villages with chickens and water buffalo . We picked... More

We went out today with Wit, he was great and had lots of information on all the stops we made. The pace is leisurely and it's a great way to get around to see authentic Chiang Mai Surprisingly cooling cycling around also We did the 4 hour colours tour and I'd recommend it,
