We did the full day course at this wonderful Thai cookery school and wow, it was the best day ever. Apparently it was the first Cookery school in Chiang Mai. We were picked up from our accommodation and taken to the school for a quick introduction and show around, we had to fill out which dishes we had chosen to... More

Booked an afternoon class and was disappointed to find that this did not include a trip to the market to choose ingredients. However, myself and my 15 year old daughter took the class and had a really enjoyable time. We cooked 3 dishes including making the paste for our curry. We chose 3 different dishes each and were amazed by... More

We booked an evening class from 4 to 8 pm. Since we were the only ones booked that evening, we enjoyed a very private cooking class. Cooked 4 different dishes plus dessert. At the end, we even got to try a typical thai cocktail. Thanks to our teacher KU. Paid 750 BTH for each person.

Me and my partner joined the evening class at the last minute, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our holiday. Care (I hope I remember her name correctly, it's been 3 months!!) looked after all her class, and made it fun and enjoyable. Absolutely loved her sense of humour!!! We made 4 gorgeous... More

We were picked up and dropped off from our hostel by the really friendly staff. Then taken on really informative tour of the market taught about ingredients and the staff picked up fresh ingredients for us to cook all our chosen food with which I was reallt impressed by that it was all so fresh! We then cooked 6 dishes... More

We chose this place as they had afternoon classes that start at 2pm. Arranged for a pickup at our hotel lobby between 1 and 1.30pm, but the pickup driver somehow managed to miss us and we had to get the hotel receptionist to call the school to get the driver to turn back. Cooking area was open air and rustic,... More

The staff at TCS were brilliant...all cooking was hands on and all questions answered...value for money (I did the full day)...go hungry, you eat what you cook!... Would definitely recommend.

and very yummy food. I did the whole day course which I booked up the night before. We started with avisit to the market, really just to show us the different foods rather than to buy, though we went with baskets and did come back with some bits and pieces they had bought for us to use. We cooked a... More

We had a great time learning how to cook thai food at this establishment. We went for the half day course. First impressions were shabby, shack-like environment where we sat around without much instruction. We were supposed to go to the local market to pick up ingredients, but they skipped that. However, once the instructor (Care) started the course, it... More
