This is a really good introductory course for beginners to Thai cuisine. You learn a good deal about the five dishes with clear instructions and guidance. We had one of the best holiday experiences so far at the Thai Orchid Cookery School. The whole day was wonderful: the setting, the food, the staff, the ambience, everything. The staff were extremely friendly and offered good guidance and suggestions. Can't recommend this place enough. Go, go, go!!
