We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the very scenic kitchen/school. My fiancé and I were lucky enough to only have 2 others in our group and had a personalised experience. We cooked 6 dishes, one in which we learned a curry paste - it was worthwhile even if it was just for this recipe! We also... More

A great thai cooking master will introduce you, in a professional but at the same time funny way, to thai dishes. Atmosphere is really nice and... You will eat all the dishes you prepare! Get ready to surprise all your friends next time you will cook for them!

We had a 6 hour session with Head Chef Tanapon from Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School. Chef Tanapon is an entertainer and master-chef not unlike Martin Yan of "Yan Can Cook" tv fame. He brought us to the market to introduce us to the common produce, herbs and vegetables that we will be using. The tour of the wet market... More

High quality day course. In a beautiful distant location from the city we cooked 6 different super tasty Thai dishes according the tutor instructions. We were a group of 8 people that gathered inside the class room before making each dish in our own. The tutor is very charismatic and knows lots of languages, including English, Chinese, French and Italian.

My wife and I signed up for the curry cooking class and it was excellent. We learned a lot of tips, great recipes and on top of all, we had many great meals. It was well run with a professional chef and we didn't even have to clean up.

The class was really good and fun. I think the instructor has a huge part on the fun and on the class. Liam was a perfect instructor. She is so charismatic and funny. We got to laugh a lot and also she had so much knowledge to share with us. The food was so fresh and delicious!
