We had the evening course and the experience was way beyond my expectation. You learn how to cook several thai dishes in an open kitchen with beautiful rice plantation landscape and the teacher (Pum) is really funny and nice.

We were able to schedule a class last minute, and this class came highly recommended from our tour guide, they picked us up at the hotel, and we drove out to this great location, in a rice patti field. The classroom is such a great location, brand new equipment, great atmosphere. Class was fun, and food was delicious, I am... More

An amazing full day course. Richie picked us up, took us to the local market where we bought fantastic ingredients and was very knowledgable about all the ingredients. He spoke great English, having lived in Sydney for 7 years. He was very concise with cooking directions and made great jokes about cooking, eating and demonstrated food carving and presentation. Richie... More

It is nice that his English is so good because he is able to explain a lot when he takes you to the market to buy ingredients.. We were able to ask a ton of questions! The setting was beautiful. We... More

We had a great time at The Best Thai Cookery School. We started by going around a food market, having ingredients explained to us. We then had some time to buy some things that we wanted to take home (dried fruit etc) while Ritchie, our teacher, bought everything we needed for the class. The actual school is set in beautiful... My husband and I chose this cooking school from a friend's recommendation. Permpoon is truly a great teacher and very entertaining too. He just opened his new location in a beautiful rice field. The space where you cook is in an outdoor space with a beautiful view. You even get to pick your ingredients from his garden. It was truly... More
