I spent 2 days at this school, and was impressed by the facilities and instruction given. Collected by mini van and taken to local market for tour, Instructor entertaining and knowledgeable about produce and ingredients. We were then taken to the school about 20 minutes outside of the city, the school is in a small residential village, and has extensive... More

The style this man takes to teaching is brilliant. Very charismatic and good at what he does. We learnt five or six Thai dishes over four hours during the evening course which I would highly recommend as you also get to see the sunset behind the mountains in the distance before making your food. The surroundings are very good too,... More

We saw their website and got interested in the only fruit carving class because we had been to a different cooking class. On the website, their fruit carving class costs 400 Bahts for a group of 2-4 for 4 hours, which we thought pretty cheap! When we called to book, they said the same price but for only 2 hours... More

I joined the class with my gf. We were picked up on time from our hotel in the old city, and arrived a local market to learn about Thai food ingredients. The instructor, Richie, is very friendly, helpful and funny with good english. The class took place in a decent house. It was smooth, fun, and the dishes are in... More

We took a half day cooking class here and learned to make some Thai classics. It was just the two of us and we had great fun. The owner, who is also the driver and teacher, is a wonderful kind man who will show you great food and a great time. I made all vegetarian dishes and vegan was even... More

We did the evening class, and had a great time. The group was small, which meant we got a lot of personal direction and interaction. We spent time in the local market to fully understand the ingredients, and got to make a good variety of dishes. The dramatic fire-style cooking was fun too! The only thing was that the class... We had a nice day with Richie and our small group of 6. The class size meant a lot of personal attention and seemed spot on. There is a lot of overall cooking time, nice environment, fun teacher, all combining to make this a solid value. The dishes and techniques are very basic, so a good home chef might be... More

As foodies, my husband and I absolutely had to take this class. The price/value for what you get is phenominal. We were picked up and brought to the local market to learn about different ingredients and then we went to Perm's home to pick fresh ingredients from the garden. We each had our own cook space on the covered outdoor... More

My mom, sisters, fiance and I all took this cooking class during our visit to Chiang Mai and it was fantastic. I was a little skeptical about how my fiance would do (he's more of a zip-lining kind of guy) but he could not stop raving about it. He loved it. We were picked up on time at our hotel... More
