I've just learnt how to cook traditional thai food in a beautiful location. Our tutor Richy was lovely and very helpful. We did an evening class and happened to be the only ones there so it was a very private class. Highly recommended!

Ritchie was our host and taught us a lot about Thai food in a very entertaining manner. We each prepared our own meal at our own work station - felt very professional! And lovely setting - cooking in covered open-air kitchen overlooking paddy fields and a nice lake! They even collected us and delivered us back home....perfect.

During a Contiki trip this summer I visited The Best Thai Cookery School for an evening session and I absolutely loved it! I was quite apprehensive before I arrived because I had been looking forward to the class so much and really didn't want to be disappointed- I needn't have worried, it was truly amazing and far exceeded my expectations!... A friend of our had received a recommendation for this cooking class, so we decided to join in. I could not have been more impressed. The class was wonderful and our instructor, Permpoon, made everything he taught us so much fun. Learning the basics of Thai cooking in the open-air kitchen during sunset was definitely the highlight of our trip... More

Not only were the meals you got to cook great choices, the chef was fun and funny and very helpful with each step. Learning how to make curry was my favorite part (as well as eating all the food I made) I would highly recommend this class :)

We did this Thai cooking class as an evening activity and I would recommend it to everyone visiting chiang mai for a few days. It's a fun and interesting activity if you are not a too experienced Asian cook. However I can imagine as experienced cook that everything we made was already too much prepared by the staff. But personally... More

We had the evening course and the experience was way beyond my expectation. You learn how to cook several thai dishes in an open kitchen with beautiful rice plantation landscape and the teacher (Pum) is really funny and nice.
