Good show, we'll trained elephants, and it seemed like very humane treatment of the elephants by the staff. Worth a half day to see the elephants artwork and football game.

It is wonderful to watch an hour long elephant show because they are so well trained and capable to play football, dance, paint and work together on logs. Never have thought elephants can be trained so well to do so many things, the way they move seem to show they are even enjoying themselves and also being cheeky. Certainly worth... More

This was an incredible day where we got to ride elephants for 1.5 hours up the river and through the jungle. My husband's elephant was super quiet and he got to sit up front and ride it alone but ours was still in training so we allowed the experts to go ahead happily. This is a wonderful experience and well... More

Watching elephants paint and perform was definitely a highlight to do. However, one has to think how much they have to train the elephants for them to do that. Also, seeing them especially a baby one with his foot in Chains was kind of heartbreaking. If you do, the elephant ride, the 15 minute ride is good enough, they don't... More

We visited the elephant camp and really enjoyed it. Shame the rest of the tour of Thailand and Laos didn't live up to our expectations, there were 20 on the tour and 16 ended up being very sick. I will write about that in a different review of the overall tour. However this elephant camp is well worth a visit.

We had a great experience at the Maesa Elephant Camp. You could see the elephants were well cared for by the people at the farm. You could especially see how happy the elephants were when they were being bathed by their helpers. The show was a lot of fun and the experience of riding the elephant was amazing!

Cannot believe how much an elephant can be trained. Very professional show, clean facilities and well cared for animals. Was a bit disappointed with the rubbish along the track on the elephant ride to the Karen village.

We stumbled across this place while we were up that way. We had wanted to go to the elephant nature park but it was fully booked. This place is excellent if you'd like to see heaps of elephants in different sizes and they have a great show as well as feeding time afterwards where you can get close and personal... More
