Compared to my last time here - I enjoyed visiting this place to hear a good selection of Blues and local Thai music. Good atmosphere-this time I was with a friend who sometimes plays here helped a lot. most enjoyable.

Due to the curfew, we were forced to eat here for dinner one night. Loved the place, great music and atmosphere, very quirky and rustic. We ordered 2 dishes of chicken and asparagus and chicken with watercress, the asparagus was nice (nothing spectacular which is pretty normal for a pub environment). But when the other chicken was brought out, we... More

Went to this bar with my wife after a great meal near the river. Band and music were fantastic, with friendly staff, however, there was only one bottle of white wine on the menu, which they had run out of!! Please, please, please, dont have them sit you near the back, close to mens toilet the stink of urine is... More

Visited in the early evening after researching jazz bars in Bangkok. Live band starts between 9pm-9:30pm. Darkly lit, atmospheric jazz bar. Busy but seemed to be plenty of seating available. Visit earlier to get seats closer to the band or try the upper level for a view downwards onto the band. Service great and good live music.

If you are looking for Jazz pub anywhere in Bangkok this is the place! There was a small night market right next to the pub near the monorail station.

We went to the Saxophone Pub for live music in a small setting (seeking something more "authentic" than hotel lobby music which places artists to the background). The Saxophone Pub placed the musicians front and centre. We saw Ped's Band and experienced an awesome blues set. Drinks at fair prices in a relaxed atmosphere. The place was full, but not... More

Flew in Sat afternoon, shower, change of clothes, taxi to victory moument, seat at front, singa beer, prawn crackers and next 5 hours of some of the most brilliant guitar music that have ever seen. A must for people that appreciate good music, good food, good beer. Every time in Bangkok I go here and it never fails to amaze... More
