Really good fun. We did the morning course, which included a guided tour of a market which was facinating, and it made all the difference having someone explain the different ingredients. Breeze, our tutor was patient and good natured and really professional and the recipes fabulous. more
Had wonderful morning session learning basics of thai cookery, inc satay, soups and banana leaf wrapped fish. Two half day sessions would have been wonderful, tho' some Austrian ladies who were on their 5th day thought that was too long. Date : 23rd February 2008 Having spent 5 days in Bangkok at the Blue Elephant Cooking school I can only rave about the experience. It was run VERY professionally and the knowledge gained from these 5 days will be with me forever. The School teaches a wide variety of dishes and not "street" cooking but Royal cuisine.
