Very nice view for sunset and at night. Food and drink are overpriced. Diner was just ok . Be careful there is a strict dress code, shorts and sandals are not allowed. Go for a drink during sunset and have diner in Silom area!

This is an absolutely amazing view and worth the trip but be prepared for your holiday rip off to take place. $20 for a teeny cocktail and if you are thinking of eating be prepared! But in saying that you go to these places knowing that you will be paying somewhere along the line - but it is amazing.

Well, the views and the design are the amazing bit. Although there are a lot of stairs and I'll bet that loads of drunken customers take a tumble there every week. In fact, they have security eveywhere which I expect are there to stop that from happening. You are constantly being moved on or watched. The drinks are more expensive... More

It's literally one of the higher ends of Bangkok. From the state tower you will have a great view over a big part of downtown Bangkok. Especially when you go at night, when the nightlights shine and the band is playing, it'll give you a nice experience. Btw, dress nice, otherwise you won't get in and the entry is free,... More

Visited last July. We were advised to do some scenic evening trips and this was one. Yes it certainly does have super views. We had a drink and yes expensive - this was becoming the norm on the evening trips nice view and ridiculously overpriced drinks. It was nice - nothing special -wouldn't go back again.

Walking through the "grand" lobby one could assume the hotel was abandoned. It's eerie, dimly lit with minimal furniture. As soon as you get to the elevators it all changes when you're greeted by friendly Assassin's Creed dressed hosts ;) Drinks start at 610 baht and you must have one to see the views. Initially you're shoved off to a... More

Great view over Bangkok but the price you pay for a drink is way over the top. Quality of the drinks is not that good, so what you pay for is the view and not the drink i guess. Service is not very good.

A very posh sky bar, definitely worth going to at least once. I loved it! You have to dress appropriately and it is a bit pricey but you only have to buy one drink and you get to see an incredible view of the city.

We availed the hangover package. Grubby location for a five star hotel. When you enter the hotel and get to the top where sirocco and sky bar are, you will forget the chaotic and dirty scene outside. It is so beautiful up there! Worth a visit!
