The budha has an impressive view, but I have to say that due the amount of other gorgeous Budha statues in Thailand, this is one of the average images. All of the Budhas visited are impresive.

Never seen anything like this before, it was huge. You can see the detail on the giant feet at the bottom. Got in for free because it was a holy day.

It's a Thai historic landmark since this huge statue is make of solid gold and it'll only cost you about 15 minutes as there isn't all that much else to see. Worth the time to visit. Long live the King

I could not have imagined the beauty of the Phra Phuttha Maha Suwan Patimakon. Amazing history of the rediscovery. Long live King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

The World's Largest and most Lustrous Golden Buddha Image. Probably one of the luckiest fellows in the world was a 1950's era crane operator from Bangkok, ..

This site just has a hugely erect buddha statue and nothing more. Since I had a day and needed to spent time I visited this place. One can skip it, if one does not have time.

We visited this Buddha because it was close to our hotel but it is interesting enough that it is worth it even if you aren't nearby. There is a great view of it from the Phra-Nakorn Norn-Len Hotel rooftop restaurant and it is lit at night so that is a good option as well.

Definitely a magnificent structure. Our tuk tuk driver took us on way back from another attraction and I think we actually arrived too late. Pro was there was noone else around. Con was we couldn't climb up and see the view which had been recommended. Make sure you go before we did (I think it maybe closes around 6). We... More

More of a local prayer temple than a tourist attraction. The Buddha was massive and very tall but not very impressive. Ok for a visit if you have lots of time
