Don't be put off by the location or the basic interior. Customers come here for the blues and they get it in spades. I have seen some great bands here many of whom have now graduated to the 5 star hotel circuit. Atmosphere is great and you will probably end up within a few feet of the performers. Very friendly... If you like blues, jazz and an amazing atmosphere, this is the place for you. Slightly off from the party area Khao San Rd, this tiny little bar is hidden away, but it's well worth the trek. Great prices, amazing venue and superb bands. Go, go, go!

Brilliant place to spend late evenings. Music starts about 9, but the main band comes at 10 PM and plays till 12.30. You can consistently hear good music there: Pong - the owner is an excellent guitarist and his Banglampho Band is always fun to see. They play 4 nights per week, the bands playing other nights are good too.... More

Went here around 10.30 on a Saturday night after the owner of Chomp, a restaurant just up the road suggested there was no better way to spend my last night in Bangkok. A quaint little place, with lots of friendly regulars and foreigners alike. Sat in the back corner alone and was graced with the company of a few strangers... More

We got to spend some time on a Saturday night. Showed up at about 10:15, and there were a few tables open so we picked one at the back near the bar. Very small place, would have to be exceptionally great music to make stay here if there were more than a dozen people here. For music, there was one... More

The kind of small blues bar I looked for in New Orleans but never found. Incredible music, was here on Sunday night so it was not crowded

Nice hole in the wall bar mostly frequented by expats. Has live performances most every night. Mediocre alcohol selection, food was just ordinary, but it's got a very nice design aesthetic and the service is friendly. Cat is silly, too.

Great little blues bar, excellent quality of music and service, homely feeling and you can meet a lot of blues fans from all over the world. Definitely worth navigating there.

The place is tiny, far too small for the number of people who go there, so you usually end up having to hang around outside, sitting on a small wall. No table service, so you have to fight your way through the crowd to get to the bar. But you can put up with it all because the music is... More
