I booked the spa a month prior to my trip to Bangkok. the package was for 3 hours, including body scrub, body massage, herbal compress, and rose facial. I arrived early and waited for half an hour. The service was very excellent, polite and pleasant. The individual room was very comfortable and well equipped. I had very tense muscle on... More

Was having lunch at the Verandah and had a massage booked at another hotel spa and suddenly thought why didn't I book here? Called them it was three and they were able to slot me in at 3:30. Perfect. I had been quite regular in the past but not for perhaps 3 or 4 years so I was a bit... More

Make sure you get to the ferry at least 15 minutes before your treatment time so you don’t have to rush. As a huge fan of the Oriental Spa, especially its Ayurvedic treatments, I tried the Keraleeya Anhyangam (Indian body treatment with massage, steam and scrub) which was absolutely divine!

Another sublime experience. This emblematic spa is still the very best I have experienced , from staff to it's surrounding and fantastic treatment selection. No words would describe the experience. A true heaven of tranquility in paradise. A must for spa lovers

I love spas and have been to some great ones. This is by far the best ever. They have thought if everything. They are kind and extraordinarily polite. It's seems they are only interested in making this a memorable visit. Loved it!

I am a great lover of SPAs and massage. Everywhere city I go, I hunt for a good massage, be it to relieve my tensed muscles from work and travel, or just to spoil myself. It was my birthday today so I decided I would treat myself to a special spa treatment. I chose the SPA at the Mandarin Oriental... More

As in Mandarin Oriental spas throughout the world, you get a unique and truly blissful experience for your money. The therapists are well trained, the rooms well-appointed and the treatments heavenly. You can definitely get cheaper Spa experiences in Bangkok, even if you gravitate towards high-end spas as I do. Banyan Tree Spa Bangkok for example is slightly more competitively... More

I have had many massages but my Balinese massage at the Mandarin Oriental Spa's was clearly the best massage I have ever had. The staff very extremely friendly and did an excellent job. The location of the spa and the rooms make you feel like you are in paradise. Every little detail was perfect: the welcome tea, the cucumber mask... More

I've been coming to the Mandarin for over a decade now and I have always harbored a tremendous fondness of it, owed largely to the depth of indulgence and attention to detail of gits spa. But this trip, I am terribly disappointed to say that my opinion has changed quite a bit. I made a special trip to Bangkok, fighting... More

I had prebooked the signature massages and upon arrival it was a frenzy. During our massage we had a couples treatment the therapist could not figure out how to play the cassette player and fumbled for some time. Highly disappointing for a spa with such high reviews. The calibar of treatment was very limited and when the massage was done... More
